Highly recommend this brand: got several sets and the quality is perfect; the instructions are very clear and the only time I had one brick missing; the customer service reacted very quickly, was very friendly and apologised and I received the missing brick within a couple of days! I just wish they would expand their range of non-military products; personal taste; I know but that would be great. I also appreciate the price of their sets is more affordable than "another"brand.

Der Bausatz ist bestimmt schön anzusehen, wenn man das Teil fertig bauen könnte. Diverse Teile fehlen und die sind leider erforderlich. Alle paar Bauschritte kann man bei Cobi im Service Teile nachbestellen. KATASTROPHE !!!! Ich habe schon viele Cobi-Bausätze gebaut und gelegentlich mal ein paar Bauteile gehabt die fehlten. Damit kann man ja leben. Aber dieses Modell ist aktuell keine Empfehlung Wert. Hier muss Cobi nachbessern.Ansonsten ist Cobi als Marke aber gut und der Kundenservice funktioniert meiner Erfahrung nach hervorragend.
