Besen und Gummilippe groß, Eiskratzer im Vergleich zum Vorgenannten unterdimensioniert, ausziehbare Länge gut aber zur Handhabung für Frauenhände zu schwer.

Das Auseinandernehmen ist kaum möglich ohne sich die Finger zu Klemmen: Man drückt den Knopf sehr fest und zieht die Teile auseinander, erst tut sich nichts, dann rutscht es raus und der fest zudrückende Finger wird gequetscht. Jedesmal Autsch. Besser also nicht auseindernehmen.Ansonsten funktioniert das Teil gut.

Die Qualität macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Sowohl der Besen, als auch die Abziehfunktion. Ich bin froh etwas mehr Geld ausgegeben zu haben.

War bereits kurz nach dem Kauf im Einsatz. Eis ließ sich super schnell wegkratzen, Teleskopstange war lang genug, um alle Stellen des Ford Busses zu erreichen. Mit dem Besen konnte ich gut den Schnee beseitigen. Ich bin begeistert und würde das Teil wieder kaufen.

Never thought of using a rubber window scraper in the winter but it turns out to be a nice extra feature to this snow brush. All three elements - brush, ice scraper, rubber scraper (not a squeegee, mind you) - have proven useful. Wasn't sure if the whole thing would be strong enough to manage a decent snowfall once at full-length but so far, so good. It's not as long as you'd think but it also isn't crazy heavy so you can reach the top of an SUV easy enough. The brush is way bigger than any other I've ever had, which makes for a quicker job. Bright orange means you can see it even when it's dark at 3pm. :) And the storage bag has ended up being quite handy both in the car and to hang the whole thing at the back of a closet at season's end.Customer service was great: I order the brush along with several other things, including jars of peanut butter. Well, whoever packed the order stuck all that in one box with some of those air pillows and, naturally, the heavy jars rolled all over, breaking the snow brush right at the plastic junction where the two main pieces fit together. After a chat with a 'bot, I got to a human (although who knows these days?), and they kindly sent a new brush at no charge. This second brush arrived in an Amazon box just like the first, BUT inside that box, it was packed in another box. All of which means that the first one had been taken out of its original box and added to the Amazon box in just the storage bag. Who knows why? Not for space- or cost-saving as the box was huge enough to hold 3 of the brushes in their proper boxes plus the other stuff. I appreciate the service and it looks like this was a good purchase for a Canadian winter.
