Sein Design verbindet Tradition und Modernität durch die Kombination von unbehandeltem Kastanienholz und Edelstahl. Es passt perfekt in Ihre Küche, egal wie gut es ist.

Das Befüllen der Mühle war noch nie so einfach.
Entfernen Sie die Kappe unter der Mühle und gießen Sie das Salz durch die breite Öffnung.

Ich könnte ohne die dezente Aufschritt auf dem Messingband leben. Ansonsten finde ich dieses Set sehr ästhetisch und es passt zu meinem Esstisch. Ich habe es in einem Anfall von Retro-Wahnsinn gekauft, nachdem ich die Nase voll hatte, ständig die Batterien meiner Elektromühlen zu tauschen :-/ War eine gute Entscheidung! Das Set ist etwas teurer als andere vergleichbare, hat aber einen Design-Clou, den ich großartig finde: Üblicherweise wird Salz und Pfeffer oben in eine Mühle gefüllt und kommt unten raus, wobei die Reste auf dem Tisch bzw. Untersetzer landen. Diese Mühle wird von unten befüllt und zum Mahlen umgedreht - keine Reste auf dem Tisch, bin begeistert!

Bought them at a bargain price, they look really great and use is what you can expect from Cole & Mason.I use them mostly when I have people over for diner, when I'm cooking I have a more basic set of C&M because these look way to good to use as daily drivers.

Comparing Cole & Mason top of the line mills to Peugeot doesn't do justice to the former. The only advantage to Cole & Mason is the ability to grind larger size peppercorns. Here are the drawbacks I see:1. The metal accents are just thin pieces attached to the plastic mechanism underneath.2. Pepper cap has detached on the first use (probably unscrewed itself in transit).2. Changing grind settings takes too much effort.3. Grinding takes more effort compared to Peugeot, grinding itself is not as smooth.4. Salt mill doesn't grind coarse enough, the grind it produces doesn't have the "zing" I expect from the coarsely ground salt.

Beautiful design and work perfectly. The fact they stand with the grinder pointing up is just a great design feature as means you don’t get the mess. Would buy again

After many searches I stopped at this model COLE & Mason CH331935 Lyndhurst Salt & Papper Mill, for several subjective reasons, a product of the company, a product with a beautiful disain "Vintage" (Wood with a visin shade).I gave 4 stars sorry, I motivate this with a rather major problem encountered in both products, they rotated quite difficult and with a very strong scratch (Like the wheel of the royal carriage). I unfurled them at the top of both, it's easy to do this but it loses the guarantee, I assumed this. I inspected and found where that heavily scratched came from. I anointed with a few drops of fine mechanical silicone oil, I reassembled them back and everything works as it should, very quiet and very easy to spin, I mean (I go as greased). Now, to express my personal opinion, here is a word from the elders (don't go to the tree praised with the bag), why I make this statement, because before making this purchase I had another product NO NAME, glass body, and the top with the mechanism of stainless steel and plastic, catching the shaft with the ceramic knife being plastic ABS , all three instant arms have been sheared after a use of almost a year and a half. Now undoing them I saw that all the effort of the system of ceramic and steel knives is made on plastic support probably ABS. On the packaging with which they came, a packaging of very good quality and with an excellent presentation, it was stipulated in the description that they have guarantee of the system of knives for life ... Hmmm! With apologies, I doubt this statement, I argue, I use a German coffee grinder KINU M47 TRAVELER for almost 2 years, and the guarantee offered is for 5 years and everything is metal with 4 bearings and cost me a hundred and something Euro, more than these. In conclusion, now they work ok, as long as, I will see, I personally liked and I really like, I hope to be and durable. I recommend them for those who want something like this, the market is full of models and models ...

These are amazing and I'm so glad I spent the money. I love how quickly, smoothly and easily they grind the salt and pepper. And I like that they actually came with salt and pepper, which was a nice surprise. They both came beautifully packaged (I'm keeping the box but I'm not really sure what for!). They arrived the day before expected and the wait was not long at all.
