We had struggled to find plasterboard wall fixings that didn't just pull out of the wall. These worked fantastically as they catered for the close proximity of the bricks to plasterboard. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is they are a bit expensive for what they are. Would recommend though.

Like so many homes I have a dab and dot walls in a recent extension. These are great except that, like so many, there’s a void (gap) between the plaster boards and the concrete blocks behind them. These fixings are MADE for this scenario. The screws look fairly thin but they are holding a TV bracket, supporting a TV weighing 73KG (and taking 3 of us to lift it, I can attest that that IS heavy! 😱). Using traditional plaster board fittings would have ripped straight out of the wall and no doubt left several sizeable holes. These fixings (being LONG) transfer the weight through the gap and into the concrete with a clever steel sleeve (called a CORE) bridging the gap between the plaster board and the concrete, so effectively taking the weight off the plaster board.Easy to use, just make sure you have a long enough size 10 drill bit (at least 150mm) and follow the instructions. Peace of mind is a great thing especially when wall mounting a big TV.The pack says 4 fixings will hold up to 100 kg’s - whilst I’m sure they do, I used six (belt and braces), but they do exactly what they claim they do.

I had never come across these before but what a breeze to use . Had to rehang my 65inch Samsung and found this band you get so much for the money . A 10mm drill bit and all the screw and raw plugs .Value for money without a doubt so easy to install and it is so sturdy .These screws are long and does the job so well .Highly recomokit ti make the job of mounting a TV so much easier

I don’t normally write reviews. But credit where credit is due.If you can use a drill, and know how to use a pipe and electric detector, then this is for you.On a house that is 7 years old, this product performed exactly as described with the dot and dab walls.Only needed 2 fixings (to an external wall) with a Sanus VLL61 bracket to secure a 65” TVCannot recommend enough.It is so easy. If you struggle with these fixings. Then sell your drill and get a professional in for all your jobs.
