Got this for my 11 year old. She has a disability and she was able to use this all by herself with no issues! Only downfall is we go through alot of squirt juice things lol.

I got this recently and I love it! It makes wonderful snow cone ice It's not a shaved ice machine, but a true snow cone machine makes the little pebbles that people my age, 53, grew up on It's so nice little pebble size that is a very nice mouth feel to it. No syrups come with it, But it does come with some cones and straws. But there are syrups available on Amazon itself. We got some syrups in the flavors are so good and on a hot day it was a nice refreshing treat. I gave a little bowl of the ice to my cat who loves to lick ice and she adored this. So it was a success for humans and felines! It was very quiet for what it was it was easy to use and it was very affordable. And it could use just regular ice you didn't have to freeze anything ahead of time it will take any type of ice you can give it. It's all very nice it all very simple to use and very easy to clean up.

Not sure if it was my fault but the motor burnt out on first use. Unsure if it’s because I live in Australia with different power voltage from our power socket. Either way it started to smoke and burnt out. It’s now in the bin and didn’t get to make a single snow cone 😔
