Der Nagelkopf muss anderweitig freigelegt werden, damit die Zange greifen kann. Nur mit Einschlagen funktioniert es nicht, nicht mal in Fichtenholz. Ich habe zum Freilegen des Nagelkopfes eine Holbohrkrone, Durchmesser 20 mm verwendet. Einsatz von Stechbeitel ist auch möglich, aber mühsam.

Baulked at the price of this but had about 800 nails to remove from an old deck to repurpose the wood. Tried levering the wood out from underneath and the nails just ripped thorugh a destroyed the planks. Bought a $30 (rhymes with Mill Walky) nail punch/puller/pry bar and it was ok but fiddly and time consuming and left deep round holes around where all the nails were.This thing is literally bish bash bosh and the nail is out. Must have done the whole load of nails and the pincers are just showing signs of wear on the tips. After a little practice a nail is out in about 4 seconds and only leaves a shallow impression in the wood.Excellent piece of kit if you want to remove nails without destroying the wood.

This is an amazing tool, my Father had one when I was a boy and I was exposed to using it early in my young life. I always said I would buy one someday. This tool is not hard to use and it is very strong and works great. I have put it through the test and it's amazing. I've read a lot of reviews of people trying to use this Crescent Nail Puller. A Lot of them are complaining about its functionality, to be honest it functions just fine. The first time I used it, I drove a 3½ Nail in a 4x4 pressure treated post just slightly below the the wood and extracted it pretty easily. Its like everything else it dosent work by itself. My last words are for the people who are having issues with this Puller. It's ok to be stun, but it's not very handy!! Hahaha 🤪😆
