Im Rahmen des Vine Programm durfte ich diese Presswerkzeug von der Marke „SAERWEAO“ testen.Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Set sehr praktisch und vielfältig. Es ist alles enthalten was man benötigt und alles wird gut und sicher verpackt.Es eignet sich gut für kleine handwerkliche Arbeiten zuhause, im Garten oder in der Garage. Aber meine Meinung nach eher auf einer „Hobby-Basis“, da die Qualität nicht die beste ist. Die Zangen tun dennoch das was sie sollen und helfen bei der Verdichtung von Kabel. I had some upgrades and wiring to run in my Ascend 133x kayak for a fish finder, LED lighting, and two bilge pumps. This kit appeared to fit my needs perfectly, and it turns out that it did. The only other item that I needed in order to call the connections “completed” was some marine grade heat shrink (even though these connections were fine without it).I had multiple connections to create on 14 and 22 gauge wiring. I had to use butt connectors and ring terminal connectors. I stripped the wire with the appropriate wire stripper slot (start large and work your way down if you aren’t sure which size to use) and slid the marine grade heat shrink onto the wiring. I then inserted the stripped portion of the wiring into the connector, crimped the connection, used an 1800 watt heat gun(on the high setting) to even apply heat while I slowly turned the wiring and connector in circles. Once the connector shrunk and I could see glue come out of the end of the connector, I stopped and allowed for it to dry for three minutes. Then I slid the heat shrink over the connector and applied heat in the exact same way until I again, saw glue seep out of each end of the heat shrink.TIP: If you’re working with really small gauged wiring, I usually strip AT LEAST three times more of the rubber coating off than I would normally need to. Once I do that, I bend it into small 1/8” sections over and over onto itself. This creates a thick 1/8” section of exposed wiring to insert into the connection/connector to crimp onto. Just stripping a 1/8” section (or however long of a section as you need to fit into the connection/connector) once doesn’t always ensure a strong and stable crimp with small gauge wiring, and this can lead to failures in the wiring and in the connection because the wiring can just slide out of the crimp. I’ve even had the wiring slip out of the connector when simply trying to apply heat to it because of this issue. Stripping at least three times more of the coating off of the wiring and folding it over itself multiple times is how I’ve resolved this issue and it’s how I’ve have ensured strong, effective crimps. And then, when the shrink tubing is correctly applied over the connection, it ensures that there is a strong bond holding it all together so that the exposed wiring doesn’t break (especially where it meets its rubber sheathing); this strength is just increased when the heat shrink is applied.All connections are still holding strong (knock on wood). It has been two weeks now since the connections were made. I have been on the water and my kayak is stored inside of my garage with an unregulated temperature in Florida, and the connections seem completely unaffected by this. On top of that, the tools in this kit are very high quality, too. And the tool box makes them that much better and that much more convenient. This stays in my mobile tool box for my boat permanently now and I’ll be relying on it for any potential repairs that I may need to make.A con is that with the higher gauged wiring (like 16 gauge), I had to use the red crimp port to get a good crimp, instead of its designated blue port. Habe das Set am 19.07 erhalten, war keine Kabelschere wie bei den Rezensionen dabei.

Die Kabelschere liegt gut in der Hand und ist vor allem ultrascharf, es schneidet die Kabel wie Butter. Das Presswerkzeug oder Crimpzange kann man leicht einstellen in dem man die Zahnräder dreht und so die gewünschte Dicke einstellt. Der Anpressdruck ist sehr hoch und das Presswerkzeug / Crimpzange sehr gut zu bedienen. Die Tasche ist noch ein nettes Gimmick um zusätzlich auch die zugehörigen Rohrkabelschuhe und Verbinder aufzubewahren.

Titel sagt schon alles

Meteen gebruikt en hij werkte perfect. Accukabels in de boot weer netjes aangesloten.Helaas zat de kabelschaar er niet bij dus ik moest even klungelen om 25mm2 door te knippen.Daarom ook maar 4 sterren. Zoiets hoort gewoon compleet geleverd te worden zoals in de beschrijving.
