Das ist jetzt das dritte Haus was ich gekauft habe,...und dieses mal hab ich wirklich Pech. Es fehlen so viele Teile. Die Spieluhr, die zwei kleinen Figuren. Auch stellenweise Teile um Möbel überhaupt bauen zu können...

This is more a "dollhouse" style than a book nook - so if you're expecting that more immediate fulfillment of finishing right away? This is not what you are looking for. This will take time. I would estimate that I probably spent about 24-28 hours or so total working on this from beginning to completion. It's entirely possible that I could have gotten it done a bit quicker, but waiting for glue to dry takes time, too, and also I was being very careful and precise.That said, this kit is a thin wood-type kit with *some* pressed board sheets (mainly for the sides of the building). Because they are using thin wood, please be sure to take additional care taking pieces out of the sheets of wood. They're thin so are therefore more prone to breakage and splintering. It helps to use a razor knife to score the connection points prior to trying to break pieces out of the boards. Also, ensure that you're using a dedicated area of some sort as some of these pieces can be *very* small and easily lost.This kit did not come with any tools or glue, nor did it come with a dust cover or music box with this model. There is a clump of wires twisted together, and all of the lights are from this - the ONE separate light is the color blue and that is for the back of the large clock on the second floor - please be sure to keep that separated so that you don't mix it up with the others! It definitely adds to the look to make sure you put it in the right place in my opinion. Also note that the wires are white and light gray. Yes, really. That can be a bit confusing and I do question that "fashion choice" of theirs.I have found over time that the best way (for me) to put larger sheets of paper onto pressboard sheets with minimal issue is to use white glue and a glue brush to get it as smooth as possible, place it carefully, and then use a paper squeegee (again - carefully!) to ensure no bubbles or warping of the paper. I get pretty smooth results doing it this way. Just a suggestion.Also, I do keep a miniature tool kit for doing models. I have found it helps with the dollhouse-style kits in particular! My kit contains: a small mallet/hammer, paper scissors, embroidery scissors and needle, white blue, clear glue, metal pointed tweezers, metal slanted tweezers, clamps of various sizes, an awl, small rulers, razor knives, small screwdrivers, metal files of various types, sandpaper, a small saw, wood putty, etc, etc. I have used every one of these at some point! Additionally, I keep a set of various-colored thin tip markers for "touch ups" when paint is scratched or a sliver comes out of the pieces or whatever.OKAY so this kit in particular has a few sections that are kind of magic - in that something is not done, and then suddenly it's on the picture of the next scene and you have to wonder what happened. This isn't totally uncommon in these types of kits. There's a lot going on! Just pay attention - most rooms have a light in them, too. So be sure you are checking for that prior to starting a new "room". You might have missed a light! It can be confusing at times. I did use every single light that was in the kit - so if you end up with extra you likely forgot to put one somewhere and it's entirely possible that the instructions were not clear that one went there!I ended up with a few extra pieces, and ended up sticking a few in places other than indicated. It looks fine, so now it's unique. There we go.Overall this is a LOVELY kit - and yes, you have to be super careful putting it together. I would rate it upper-level moderate in difficulty. It's not a beginner kit, that's for sure! But the end result is beautiful and I highly recommend it, especially for the price.

Habe mir das bestellt um im Urlaub mit meiner Mama was zum basteln zu haben und nicht ständig am TV zu hängen. Der Anfang ist schon gemacht und ich freue mich total auf das Ergebnis

Ich bin begeistert von diesem DIY-Miniaturhaus-Set! Der „Magische Wald“ ist wunderschön und voller Details. Die Anleitung war leicht verständlich, und alle Teile passten perfekt zusammen. Die Möbel und Dekorationen sind sehr filigran, was das Basteln besonders spannend macht. Es ist eine tolle Möglichkeit, kreativ zu sein und sich zu entspannen. Am Ende hat man ein bezauberndes Modell, das wirklich wie ein kleines Kunstwerk aussieht. Perfekt für Bastel-Fans oder als besonderes Geschenk! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Ich bin positiv überrascht, über die Details. Qualitativ bin ich sehr zufrieden- alle Teile und Aufkleber lassen sich problemlos lösen. Anleitung und Beschriftung der einzelnen Teile sind absolut übersichtlich und durch die bebilderte Anleitung klar verständlich.Als Puzzle würde ich das Modell nicht bezeichnen, es gleicht eher einem Modellbau.Hat mega viel Spaß gemacht!

Can't add photo because I am still working on it (been months, don't like). Here are the reasons I hate this kit. I feel the manufacturer has taken all the fun out of it. #1. All cut outs are perforated, so you must punch out and try to cut off all the little burrs (no smooth edges). #2. Instead of making all the baubles out of beads and whatever, they are printed on a punch out piece of wood (ugly and stupid). So basically all you are doing is gluing stuff together, not much fun. Also quality of wood not very good. Must be very careful when detaching pre-cut wood pieces, they split. (See attached photo referring to printed baubles).

I've built several Criolpo kits and all have been high quality. This kit is just like the rest. It is made from quality materials. The pieces are easy to get out of the backer and fit together well. The kit has almost everything you need to build it. You may want to use some glue in some places. The instructions are pretty good and easy to follow. The house has a lot of small details that are just cool. I really enjoyed building this one. It looks great next to the other miniature house kits I have built. I definitely recommend this kit.
