Che si tratti di adulti o di bambini, tutti dovrebbero possedere questo strumento di cancelleria: il pennello calligrafico. Può coltivare la pace e la pazienza, la concentrazione e l'intelligenza delle persone. È la scorciatoia migliore per entrare in contatto con e conoscere la cultura tradizionale cinese, ed è anche uno dei canali per ripristinare le tradizionali arti manuali italiane. È molto più vantaggioso giocare con il telefono!

Purtroppo nonostante l:imballaggio esterno perfetto, all'interno il rotolo presenta una ammaccatura sulla parte rigida e varie pieghe conseguenti sul tessuto, che spero scompaiano con l'uso. Peccato, per il resto tutto bene.

This is an interesting item whose outer material is a beautiful dragon print. Un-scrolled on the other side is a ‘magic’ reusable writing cloth which can be used in many ways as well as the specific Chinese calligraphy.When you start Chinese Calligraphy you need to use specialist tools such as an ink brush, ink, paper and inkstone alongside desk pads paperweights and a water-dropper. However using any sort of brush and water for general use can create immediate effects with this.The time it takes for the writing cloth to dry depends on how much water is used. I tried this with a number of different brushes and a picture / word / writing pattern. There was certainly enough time to take a photo of anything to keep a record.Any writing practice starts large and becomes smaller. Looking at Chinese calligraphy there are so many elements to creating it. For anyone new to it this cloth allows opportunity to practice large and then fade, minimising materials and the need to store. For children starting to develop their handwriting this offers the same opportunities. What is more it offers a new, different way to practice that might enthuse them more than a paper and pen / pencil exercise.I could see this being introduced as a fun activity for youngsters who are reluctant to make mistakes or being messy. It rolls up with a tie to keep it closed and can be stored easily.A great gift for anyone learning to write, be that young children or adults learning a new language.

On holiday I saw a very product that featured a A4 sized board and a Chinese calligraphy brush on which one could draw with water. I really liked the idea of it: a surface upon which your art would be momentary and ethereal. But I balked at the price, as it was over £100. After a little googling I found out the very pricey board was based upon these calligraphy practice sheets and decided to take a small gamble with this product.There is something very medatitive about creating an artwork you know will only last for five minutes or so. It's liberating because you lose your fear of creating something bad as it'll be gone soon enough anyway.I haven't yet and proper water brushes, but I've ordered some now as even using a crappy paintbrush on this sheet is so much fun. The surface is huge: it's like having three or four sheets of landscape A4 in a scroll. The framing is a bit cheap but it does the job. But the canvas itself is really good. I've hung it on a door and the plastic centre spool acts as a weight to pull it taught.For the price (£11) I'm happy.
