Ihr Warenkorb ist leerDer neue Exceller LT – Daiwa verwendet einen Kohlefaser-Körper namens ZAION V. Die neue Version ist 3 % - 5 % leichter als unser aktueller Exceller für vergleichbare Größen. Es kommt auch mit einem Airdrive-Rotor und einem Airdrive-Schiene wie unsere Version auf dem Exist – sind röhrenförmig, aber sie sind nicht auf dem Exceler. Wir haben uns für einen soliden Bügeldraht für seine Steifigkeit und Biegefestigkeit bei normalem Gebrauch entschieden. Der dünnere, kleinere Draht ist auch leichter, was das Gewicht der Rotation reduziert und so das Gewicht der Spule reduziert. Der gefräste Aluminiumgriff ist eine bequeme, starke Verbindung zum Hauptzahnrad der Spinnrolle. Und der umgebaute Exceller ist extrem leichtgängig mit 5 Kugellagern und 1 Rollenlager, um die Leistung zu maximieren.

Got it on sale for 77 bucks and you can’t find better at that price. Smooth with a great drag and looks good.

I have a lot of fishing reels, actually way to many but this reel is now my go to (over my Shimano Vanford 2500 and that is a great reel). Drag is nice and smooth, zero give in the handle, drag has just enough backbone if you need to control bigger fish (just got a 10-15lb tarpon with it this past weekend) the reel did its job. My only complaint is that Daiwa used hex screws on the body instead of your normal philips or slotted screws. So if you need to take apart the reel, keep that in mind.

Photos were taken directly after opening the box TODAY. While this reel is still semi-functional, i feel a replacement or refund is deserved. This has clearly been used before (not by me), already being spooled with fishing line. Not to mention the multiple broken pieces and countless scratches. I bought a brand new reel and got a broken hand me down instead.

Buttery smooth reel. I ordered the 2000 size, which I have paired with the 6'6 Light TFO Trout/panfish 2 rod. Super lightweight at 6.3oz. It balances nicely. I have other 2000 size Daiwa reels and this is by far the quietest and smoothest one of the bunch. Aesthetically, it is a sleek looking reel. It looks great on any of my rods. The drag is silky smooth, and I'm a huge fan of the sound if the drag. Nice loud sharp click....this thing sings during when hooking up to a larger fish. It's one of my favorite reels, next to the Shimano Sahara 2000...the newer model with the black handle. It's just an all around great reel, especially at the price point. I love it so much, I ordered one for my brother. He loves it. Just a joy to fish with.
