Die Daiwa BG 4500 Spinnrolle ist eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für das Spinnangeln auf Hechte und Zander, sowie für das Raubfischangeln mit Kunstködern. Besonders überzeugt hat mich die gute Qualität der Rolle, die robust und zuverlässig ist, egal ob beim Angeln im Süß- oder Salzwasser. Sie bietet eine hervorragende Schnurverlagerung und eine sehr gleichmäßige Bremseinstellung.Die Rolle eignet sich auch hervorragend für Norwegen und Meeresangeln, da sie selbst bei größeren Fischen eine starke Leistung bringt. Die Verarbeitung ist solide, und die Rolle liegt gut in der Hand, was das Angeln komfortabel macht. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mehr als fair – für die Qualität bekommt man hier eine sehr gute Rolle zu einem fairen Preis.

Ich dachte die 4000er wäre zu groß für meine zwecke (mitleres Spinnfischen im Süß u. Salzwasser) aber ich wurde angenehm überrascht. Die größe ist perfekt für mich und ich werde sie diesen Sommer in Lappland ausgiebig mit diversen Einsätzen auf Hecht und Lachs testen. Die haptische Wahrnehmung ist richtig gut bei der Rolle. Alles in allem eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Wenn der Test in Lappland gut läuft werde ich mir garantiert eine zweite kaufen.

This is the first reel I have bought online, not fully understanding the different sizes between the Daiwa 5000 and the Shimano 5000 and can say that the BG-5000's size is a perfect option to suit activities from Surf Fishing for sharks to spinning for King fish of the rocks.Upon receiving this product I can say I am overwhelmed with the quality and reliability of this product, as well as the packaging being extremely professional, which ensured it's quality.I purchased this reel in early 2019 and have used it on multiple occasions and in varied settings. Particularly chasing Sharks and Rays on South Australia's beaches, I had it paired with 50lb braid and a 20lb Mono backing and the line flew off the reel without at issue.When surf fishing the reel should be kept away from the sand and ocean water as much as possible, even though this is mostly the case with all reels, sand can easily slip in behind the spool and then it makes cleaning more difficult.When the reel is in action the drag setting allows you to change with ease in the fight eliminating the risk of the line catching on your fingers or snapping.Pro's:-Extremely durable, if taken care of properly the consumer will attain years of reliable use.-Line spooling is efficient and will hold the line tight.-Casts for miles, with the right rod casting will be a breeze.-Reliable in fights with fish over 200lbs and more, the screaming drag can be adjusted to a range of requirements depending on the fish.-Appearance is immaculate, well balanced and fits well in hand.-Allows for left or right hand angling.-The price is extremely reasonable regarding its quality and durability, definitely a reel all fisherman should have.-Paired with an 11-12ft surf rod will make an unstoppable combo.- FG Knot is recommended to allow for full strength of line on spool.Cons:- (More of a common sense point)Ensure the reel is protected from the Sand and Ocean water, if it comes into contact with either, rinse woth fresh water immediately as without this, the consumer may experience the deterioration of the product within a short amount of time.I have been fishing for all my life and this is certainly one of the reels I have enjoyed most. Worth the purchase!Rating: 10/10

WOW!!!!! This reel is absolutely awesome in every way. The build quality is superb and the handling is stellar! The best 100 dollars I've ever spent. Other manufacturers better beware that Daiwa set the standard very high!
