No instructions came with product. Difficult to attach and completely unsafe. General poor quality with sharp edges. Cheap construction with little consideration for safety.

The brackets that hold the extensions onto your wheelchair handles are smooth, so that the extensions rotate and also slide up and down. You might have some luck if you roughen the insides of the brackets with a file. I used some Gorilla Tape I had lying around to increase the friction on both the extensions and and the wheelchair handles. It's working now but is probably a temporary fix. Not sure I could tighten the teensy little bolts enough to make 'em stick without stripping or breaking them. It's by no means easy just to assemble the extensions onto the wheelchair arms.
