There seals will fit the older type Thetford cassette units but not the newish square caravan type, Usually last at least 2 years depending on cassette usage, easy to hit but if your squeamish about what the cassette holds you’ll need some then gloves and / or a pair of pliers, simple press fit for fitting new seal no tools required for refitting of new seal, if unit still leaks then you’ll need to replace the vent seal as well (70102) you’ll need a small electrical type screwdriver to dislodge the seal and a small pair of pointed nosed pliers to remove it No tools required for refitting

This seal fit perfectly in my ancient Sears Pak-A-Potti IV. Wasn’t easy getting the crusty old seal out or getting the new one in, but some olive oil in the new seal definitely helped. You have to make sure the valve stays completely open while you are seating the new seal.

They look a bit thicker than the others I've bought. Have not installed one yet, so time will tell. I DO wish Thetford would make these seals out of a silicone or viton.

Took a chance, So far it works great, It fit my old Sears Pak-A-Potti 6000, I could not find any seal specific to the sears, but I think Thetford made products for sears. I filled the bowel with water and let sit for 2 hours, No leaks, turned the receiving tank upside down, No leaks. So far working good. Used dish soap to install, and 3 for the price of 1, should be set for a while.
