This tape is sold elsewhere on Amazon as Deda 'Olympic Gold' tape. But they are exactly the same product. Anyways, as other reviewers noted, Deda is fairly stingy with the bar tape. There is no room for mistakes. The other problems is that the end plug is fairly loose. I don't think it will stay put for long. Also the finishing tape is just about the worst tape imaginable. There is very little stretch. If you try to stretch it it will end up being all wrinkled. And the glue is very weak. It keeps peeling. I am going to have to replace it with black electrical tape.

The tape is thinner than some, but not too thin. Great color. One thing of note is the tape does have “grip”But is more slippery then most. I use it both with, and without, gloves. With the gloves it is perfect. Cuts well, however, is not as pliable as pure cork for under shifters etc. still a terrific product, well made, and great color. If your looking for something a little more “high tech” than cork you will love this.

Got the "gold" bar tape. Not quite as "gold" as I'd like.

Quality, comfortable tape, and I dig the shiny metallic aesthetic. My one gripe-- similar to others here- is that they are so short that you have almost zero margin of error in wrapping them, and depending on the size of your handlebars, they may come up short anyway. They could have added two more inches. The tape to wrap them on the ends is also kind of lousy quality adhesive, but I usually have to redo mine anyway because I bike a lot and am probably lousy at wrapping them so the tape gets smooshed out of the way at some point in its lifespan.
