Love these - decorative and productive. Had to send the first one back because the remote is rather flimsy. Second one is fine. It is just plastic, but I bought it because my purifier and humidifier were not unpacked yet. Filled the bill for night use.

Ich habe den Diffuser seit Anfang Dezember und er regt mich immer mehr auf. Mache ich ihn an, geht er nach ca 30 min das erste Mal aus. Bis ich ihn wieder angekommen, nachdem ich ihn komplett zum 2ten Mal gereinigt habe, geht er vielleicht ne Stunde und geht wieder aus. Und um ihn wieder zum laufen zu bringen, muss ich ihn reinigen, obwohl ich ihn vor jedem Gebrauch reinige und sauber mache.Aber ansonsten kommt ordentlich Dampf raus und es riecht immer sehr gut.

I love the child resistant material this diffuser is made from. I like the size, I like the easy to fill well, I like the fact that it wipes out easily, I like that it is almost silent when functioning, I like that there is an option NOT to have the lights on.I'm not sure why every manufacturer seems to think funky, flashing lights are necessary on an item that is likely to be used to create a calm, relaxing atmosphere in a zen space, but I am really grateful that the lights can be turned off. It would be very distracting and annoying to me and my clients, to have flashing lights blinking away, while trying to relax during their massages.

Macht brav sein Ding. Sieht jedoch hochwertiger aus als es ist. Kein kühlender Effekt, sehr zarter Dampf. Ja Boden kann feucht werden was ja logisch ist. Nebel verteilt sich nicht wirklich im ganzen Zimmer. Luft in der Nähe des Diffusers feucht aber sonst nirgends. Ich empfehle destilliertes Wasser, damit keine Kalkflecken entstehen.Fernbedienung eine Qual, billigstes Plastik. Lässt sich nur schwer öffnen. Batterien waren leer.Ansonsten sehr praktisch.Schrift am Diffuser selbst kaum zu lesen auch mit Brille nicht.Ausstöpseln sehr schwierig. Leichter ist es mit einer Flasche nachzufüllen.Wasser reicht für ein paar Tage wenn man es 3 Stunden täglich benutzt.Dampf kann per Fernbedienung stärker und leichter eingestellt werden.Kabel hätte auch länger sein können.

After owning they’re defuser for over a year however only using it a few times, it decided to no longer work. I contacted the company and after 72hrs was asked for a copy of my receipt. I promptly sent it and they equally as promptly had a new device in the mail for me. They advices me they were looking into the issue as I wasn’t the only one as well as things to be careful with as they potentially could be causing the issue. (Ie. Use distilled water, only a drop or two of oil and don’t over fill.) I’m once again happy with my purchase.

Have not used the remote control, but the humidifier really helped relieve breathing problems with the cool vapours, esp. as central heating dries out the air. Used it with a few drops of olbas oil to relieve congestion. Great device, wish I'd discovered it sooner! Also very quiet and can leave on through the night to aid sleep with the light set to OFF. Will be using for the whole family when they have colds. Better than steam inhalation. Easy to use and clean!
