I had a broken screen, but I had good customer service. They sorted me out a really good screen accidents happen one in 1 million screens are broke when you ordered them. But I give this a five star I recommend everyone get this screen if you need.

The iPhone screen after arriving about a month ago and without ever having been dropped or wet or even damaged, appeared during a normal charge in the middle of a normal day scratches appeared on the screen and the touch almost immediately stopped. I know that I am outside the return period but with such little time of use I think it is very bad that it stopped working without any type of intervention by damaging it.

I found out the hard way that standing on your phone and dragging it across tarmac doesn't do the screen any good.This screen was delivered next day and although replacing it myself would have been possible, I didn't have any confidence in my ability in that area.I took it to a local phone repair shop and they did the job the same day for £55.I've no idea if that was a good price or not, but it got the job done and now my phone is as good as new.I'm very happy with the quality of this screen and would highly recommend it.

Cracked the original screen. Was going to cost as much to repair in a phone shop.Bought this instead and fitted myself after watching YouTube videos.Works just as good as the original. Great value
