This is an OEM cassette manufactured by Shimano in Japan. If this is a DIY project suggest also consider purchasing a Park Tool FR-5.2G cassette lock ring tool , a Park Tool chain whip tool, and a Bike Pro torque wrench or similar tools to complete the project.

I got this to have two sets of wheels, my other set is full Deore XT, same tooth range, I can't tell the difference between this one and the high end in performance or shifting, I guess the only real difference is the weight and price, othrewise you wouldn't notice

I bought the 11-32 HG400 to replace SRAM PG950 that came stock on my Giant Defy. The improvement in shifting reliability is impressive. The SRAM frequently mis-shifted made all kinds of pinging noises and overall, really performed terribly with my 9 speed Sora shifters and RD. I have this also on a Fuji Sportif, and it works the same, flawlessly. Although it has a nickel finish instead of the chrome that came on the SRAM, it works better and still looks classy. I have paired it with KMC X9.93 as well as KMC X9.99 chains with equal satisfaction. I am considering buying another one, they are nice. If you use a compact crankset on a road bike and would like a nice low gear, the 11-32 is a good choice. This is not exclusively a mountain cassette. I rode the Giant today with THIS cassette in some treacherous wind and tough hills. It did not disappoint...not a single mis-shift. The crisp shifts this provided gave me the confidence I needed to keep going! With Shimano derailleur and shifters, use a Shimano HG cassette, it seems like it always works best! Shimano cog sets and KMC chains have always been my prefered choice.

Ich finde es nicht sinnvoll, hier darüber zu schreiben, ob diese HG-400 ein tolles Produkt ist oder ob es bessere gibt.Wer sich für diese Kassette entscheidet, hat verglichen und aus der großen Vielfalt, allein von Shimano, aus bestimmten Gründen dieses Teil gewählt.Diese Kassette:- war einwandfrei verpackt- war vollständig- hat sich gut montieren lassen (Anzugsdrehmoment der Mutter beachten, nicht die billigste Spezialnuss nehmen!)- funktioniert jetzt schon wieder einige Kilometer
