This is a great running vest which comes with a bladder for hydration. It has lots of adjustment and feels like it is good quality. My wife loves it so I'll never get a look in.

The vest comes with a 1.5 l water bladder and associated drink tube: I found the bladder filling method to be a little difficult and preferred the central twist cap design rather than a "fill the bladder, run the open bags' mouth around a small long rod and slide over a locking collar- it's awkward and some water get out, even though it's a good seal afterwards. The bladder is suspected from 2 Velcro tabs in the rear pocket of the back pack and the tube threaded through to the front. Note that there is not any good fixing here for the drink tube and you may need to add some sort of clip, especially if running, it does swing around.The backpack's other pocket is a bit small, not sure where the 5l claimed comes form, the more you add, the greater the thump in the back as you run, so some ruthelss planning is needed to take only what you need. The pockets. material is a lightweight cloth, not waterproof but having some elasticity to flex with the contents- this is the same for 2 other pockets on the front shoulder strap- they are quite lightweight, one zippers closed the other appears to be intended for a phone and is open at the top overall it's better to have something on the front, rather than too much weight in the back- but I do feel if any of the pockets are over stressed, the will be a stich failure over time.The overall system is remarkably light and with a high degree of thin materials and a small bladder it is not only lightweight to wear, but also has a lot of space for air to circulate and keep you cool when competing. It's a good introduction to lightweight back packs, it has a lot of things it does well, the cost is quite which compared to the more fashionable competitors (25gbp) but it is better suited toward more rigorous activities but the good construction is more towards the infrequent user rather than a full-on competitor and in that area its a good starter beyond decideing to get a more robust, professional version.
