Its a cassette player, what else is there to say. The build quality is not bad, the cover is weak though, so be careful with that. But aside form that it works. What's cool is that it has an auto reverse feature. So that when the tape is done, it will start playing the other way automatically and you will hear the B-side. Volume wise its pretty good. Sound quality is not the best, but its not terrible either. There's a little static to be heard, but only when you pay close attention to it, and static noise can also come from the tape obviously. I have not tried the digitize tapes yet. But use audacity and you'll be golden i recon.All in all i am very please with this item.
