I am remodeling a 1952 home with 2 1/2" of layered flooring. I was painstakingly using a skill saw to cut and a crowbar to remove. This demolition tool made the project much easier. It give great leverage for lifting heavy items.

We love this tool, it’s small enough to tote around but sturdy enough to pull long decking boards together so you can screw the decking on tight. With this tool you can almost deck all by yourself and be a pro at it.

Lifting boards attached by nails to a 2x was a breeze as this got under it and created a great lever point. multiple guys helping with demolition and all were really impressed by the tool. Much better than a a crowbar or prybar for this type of demolition.I would say you do need some space (more than a prybar) to get under the wood first but, once my first row was off, had plenty of space to work
