Ich schlafe jetzt seit längerer Zeit auf diesem Kissen.Eigentlich wollte ich mein herkömmliches Nackenkissen ersetzen und bin dann auf dieses Kissen mit der außergewöhnlichen Form gestoßen.Dieses Kissen hat einen waschbaren Bezug, der angenehm kühl ist und das Schwitzen verhindert, zumindest bei mir.In Seitenlage kann ich endlich meine Arme ordentlich unter und neben dem Kissen ablegen.In Rückenlage wird der Kopf sehr angenehm durch die seitlichen Flügel gestützt.Durch Umdrehen des Kissens nutze ich die oben integrierte Nackenrolle morgens und abends für je 10 Minuten. Am Anfang war es gewöhnungsbedürftig, jetzt fühlt sich der Nacken nicht mehr verspannt an.Wenn ich das Kissen dann zum Schlafen wieder so umdrehen, dass die Nackenrolle nicht mehr unten, sondern oben ist, berühre ich die Nackenrolle nicht. Ansonsten wäre sie auch zu entfernen.Ich bin froh, dieses Kissen gekauft zu haben und schlafe darauf deutlich besser, als auf den bisher genutzten rechteckigen Nackenkissen.

Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Kussen, ich habe geschlafen wie ein Engel und bin ausgeruht wach geworden bevor mein Wecker geklingelt hat und das ohne Nackenschmerzen. Bin sehr glücklich und freue mich auf die nächste Nacht.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, keine Nacken schmerzen mehr seit dem ich auf den Kissen schlafe .

Ich habe das Kissen gekauft, weil ich zwei kaputte Bandscheiben und eine fehlende habe. Ich versuche mit allen Mitteln eine OP zu vermeiden und tue alles dafür. Leider habe ich ungefähr fünf Kissen, aber dennoch wache ich morgens mit enormen Kopfschmerzen auf. Das einzige, das mir bisher geholfen hat, ist die Nackenschnecke, mit der man eigentlich in den Urlaub fliegt.Nun also zum Kissen. Es ist toll, hat ein Loch, um meinen Kopf gerade zu halten, lässt ihm keine Möglichkeit, zur Seite zu neigen. Aber es ist zu hoch für meinen kurzen Hals. Es wäre besser, verschiedene Höhen anzubieten.

I purchased this pillow to help with neck stiffness from side sleeping. It was a touch too large for my petite frame, however, my husband loves it! He was also looking to reduce neck stiffness, as well as for snoring. The results are in- after using this pillow for two months, there is no neck pain and the snoring is greatly reduced, no matter the direction he sleeps! The pillow covering is easy to remove and launder, and it's size warrants a standard size pillow case if you wish. This pillow is firm and holds it's shape well. I am quite sensitive to smells, and this pillow did not affect me at all. Yay for everyone! I highly recommend this pillow.

I originally purchased this pillow for myself. After the great sleep that I have had and increased relief for my neck pain, I purchased another pillow for my spouse. She had experienced neck pain and migraines resulting from poor sleep and discomfort from her previous pillow. She has improved her sleep and a significant reduction in migraines as well! I have told friends about this pillow too!!! Several friends have also purchased this pillow and have found improvement in their sleep, as well as decreased neck discomfort from sleeping. I have ordered another pillow today, just to have a backup when i travel. I am a back sleeper but have found that on the occasions that I do sleep on my side, it is also comfortable for this type of sleep position. Can't say enough good things about this pillow. I do think that you will experience better sleep with this pillow! I know that I have!!!

I bought this pillow seeking relief for the constant neck and shoulder pain I had been experiencing for months, on and off. I had spoken to my doctor about it, but really didn’t want to go with any medical intervention if I could get it under control without it. Omg, I am SO GLAD I took a chance. This pillow has improved my pain by at least 85%. I still have some, but it’s only once in awhile now, not daily!The pillow is a comfortable size, thickness and firmness, the zip on cover is very soft and I love how the top material keeps me cool. The softer quilted cotton type fabric on the bottom is nice, but I have started to get a little pilling/roughness on the area that I tend to have my hand under as I sleep. I love the cervical stretch feature ‘a bump’ on the top part that you can relax your neck over to get some decompression. It does not get in the way during sleep.I wish there was a little more of a groove or space for me to place my arm as I sleep (I’m a side sleeper’, but that’s not a big deal at all. Overall, this is a fantastic choice if you want to try a pillow like this without spending too much 1st. Definitely recommend!
