Assez grand mais je l'utilise quand même sans soucis sur la perceuse bosh. C'est lourd, solide, pas de jeu, plusieurs positions possibles, plusieurs usinage dans les morts. Très bien pour du bricolage sérieux, voir plus. Bon achat

Produit de bonne facture, massif et avec très peu de jeu, et des usinages propres.Le produit est lourd et tout de même un peu volumineux donc réservé à une bonne perceuse à colonne plutôt industrielle. Arrive huilé dans un sac en plastique, dans son emballage en carton.La poigné de vis de serrage est suffisamment grosse pour avoir un bon serrage manuel sans autre outilsTrès satisfait, fait pour durer

First impression is that this is heavy!!! Before this, I had a cheap one so no shock it broke. This one is easily twice the weight but you can feel the quality. It's also great that it can be used on its side.If I had one gripe it's that the handle can be a bit tough to turn but I just put a bolt through the hole at the end so I can twist that.

Ich habe diesen Maschinenschraubstock gekauft da ich davon ausgegangen bin ein hochwertiges Produkt zu kaufen.Die erste Lieferung war Fehlerhaft.Die Backenführung, Trapezgewindespindel und die feste Backe sitzen schief im Graugussgehäuse.Somit ist das eingespannte Werkstück nie rechtwinklig zum Bohrtisch.Die zweite Lieferung wieder die gleichen Probleme.Nur nicht mehr so extrem.Aber immer noch nicht einsetzbar als 3 Seiten Maschinenschraubstock.Ich warte auf die dritte Lieferung.Ich fragte mich warum von 173€ auf ein Verkaufspreis von 59€ heruntergegangen wurde.Ich vermute weil man weiss das dieser Maschinenschraubstock deutlich außerhalb der Toleranzen liegt. Leider wird man als Kunde nicht darauf hingewiesen.Aber ich glaube an das Produkt und der Marke "Draper".Ich habe sonst gute Erfahrung gemacht mit dieser Marke.Eventuell reagiert Amazon(durch Amazon vertrieben) endlich darauf und lassen mir ein Exemplar zukommen was mich voll zufrieden stellt.Ich werde meine Bewertung mit der dritten Lieferung anpassen.

I bought this vice for the flexibility of being able to stand it on any axis so I could cut inox rod and then flip it round to drill and tap the ends without removing from the vice. Being cast iron it is a good weight at 4.5kg and although it can easily be clamped or bolted down in each position often just holding it in place is enough.There is no tommy bar as mentioned, and you wouldn't want a fixed one as it would make it cumbersome, but you will probably need to find one if you are clamping round objects. A 150mm/6" hex key works great for one handed operation to apply just enough force to lock it tight without wear. The tolerance is much better than I expected for the price (£70) - there is only 0.02mm of play across the adjustable jaw on mine which is on the limit my gauges can measure. That does mean you need to keep it clean, but as the machined face tolerances are so tight most contaminants would struggle to get where they could bind.The jaws are 85mm long, with the advertised opening of 100mm (absolute max 104mm, but you need a bit to tighten and slack it off).Draper tools can be a bit hit or miss when it comes to quality as they source from all over the place and rebadge many of them. This vice is one of the good ones. Suitable storage and a little bit of oil from time to time should see this vice outlast the tools you use with it. Clean off any ferrous shavings from it after use and wrap in a rust prevention sheet and plastic bag if storing away.Mine was purchased from Amazon's own stock in May 2018 and came in a hammered dark grey colour. It was in an oiled bag in a Draper retail box but without the mentioned instructions. (Who needs instructions for a vice?)

Gut, dieser Maschinenschraubstock hat seinen Preis, aber er ist der beste, den ich bisher hatte bzw. den ich bisher gesehen habe.

It is rigid but consirably heavy. I guess this hardware is really meanth for heavy duty drilling on stanrdard drill press. Look into the dimension described from techinical data. Actual size seems to be larger that what were shown on images.
