This is the second such printhead I’ve ordered. The first gave the printer message: " Incompatible printhead. The printhead installed is not intended for use in this printer, or is damaged. Refer to printer documentation." WAS CORRECT printhead. Returned and refunded.This one gave “Ink System Failure” message and none of the recommended tricks, including following YouTube videos, would fix it. Also returned and refunded.Was to replace one with defective black printing in an old but little-used HP B209a that I’d inherited from a relative. Old printhead with black printing problem still sort of works so unlike many people who receive defective replacement printheads, I knew it was NOT a problem with the printer. I imagine most people think their printer itself must be defective and bin it.I note from the seller’s website: “After rigorous testing, each print head will print test paper to test the effect of the print head”. The previous seller had an even more enthusiastic, detailed declaration about testing etc. Seems far more likely that these printheads are scavenged from old printers, cleaned up a bit, not tested at all and repackaged for sale, hoping some might work!

Unfortunately this did not work nor change my error message on my hp printer. I’m sending it back. Also something on it is not in line. I checked my existing printhead and it is in line. The seller sent the item swiftly so good service sending the item to me.

Fonctionne parfaitementNe pas oublier de redémarrer l’imprimante pour effacer le message d’erreur !A l’heure de l’écologie, incroyable que HP nous incite à jeter a la poubelle une imprimante qui fonctionne tres bien pour un soit disant problème de tête d’impression (obsolescence programmée plutôt !) !!!
