This seed phrase storage kit comes with two pure titanium seed plates that are credit card sized, two protective plastic covers, three thumb screws, a sheet of tamper-proof seals and instructions for use. You need your own metal punch, engraving pen, or laser marker to engrave your seed phrases onto the plates, which support up to 24 phrases. Because titanium is so hard I used an electric diamond tipped engraving pen with good results. One of these pens can be obtained for approximately $12-$20.

For all those in the know, making the transition into digital assets, comes added responsibilities of security for them. This is a nice convenient secure way of storing your all so important crypto wallet seed phrases on a permanent nearly non-destructible medium that water and heat will not destroy (along with your lost $$$). The 2 plates come in a little plastic container for storage along with a screw set to seal them together to help them from being viewed while tightly holding them until desired. Along with that comes some security tamper seals to show if they have been taken apart and viewed to visually alert you of something to be concerned about and take appropriate actions on. The metal plates have a black finish on them to help what you stamp or engrave on them to be more clearly visually seen by way of contrast of the silver metal below against dark surface. That's a nice feature. For the purchase price, convenience of use, and the hopefully large sums of assets they will protect for you, this is an item you should get.

These seed phrase cards seem like high quality. I did not. This is the first time using one of these. I wanted to try it out before I made a purchase on a more expensive one, but I don't think I need to do that now. These will work just fine.Make sure you have an engraver when you get these. So I had to get one or borrow one. Time will tell how well they will hold up. I will update this review if anything changes.

These Btcdove “Dual-Plate Crypto Seed Phrase Storage - Titanium Backup for Ledger, Trezor, MetaMask - Corrosion-Resistant, Fireproof Wallet Backup - Credit Card Size” is the 0.8mm thick version, still plenty strong, just a bit not as strong as their 1.5mm thick version. These 0.8mm ones do flex a tiny bit. They are still quite hard, it is not easy to “engrave” the letters into the boxes, each box is only slightly 4.5mm tall. I found that the best way to go is to use 3mm steel metal stamping punches and you hit it hard.I couldn’t figure out the use of the tamper protection sticker, I couldn’t figure out the use case, it doesn’t really protect anyone. The “blank” covering card also do not have pre-drilled holes, so it is not the easiest to apply the screws. And I thought there supposed to be some aluminum practice card, yet, they are not in my package, unless those “covering cards” also double as “practice cards”.I also feel that $24 for 2 pieces of metal is kind of pricey.
