I purchased these for my in-home dog wash, but also put one in my ensuite shower, and they're perfect! While they don't fit down tight (fit loosely over the drain but still fully cover the opening), they do prevent hair from washing down the drain - which was the whole point to buying them. Stopping hair from clogging my dog wash drain used to be close to impossible. Now water and suds drain away easily, yet hair gets trapped and stays behind! And it's super simple to clean too. I simply take the drain cover off, remove any hair, give the cover a wipe, and put it back in place. Great product, great price!

Placed it in our bathtub. It seems like it has been performing as it's supposed to. If you care about the looks, esthetic side like from the interior design magazine, it doesn't look sleek, or petty at all. But at least, it catches fallen hair effectively, and is easy to clean. I'll say though, it's more a disposable household item. We will see how long it lasts.After using it for about 3 weeks, the middle rubber part got moldy already. We pick up the hair every after use. We need to replace it every 3 weeks. Not sure if the cost performance meets the standards.

I have thick, long hair (past my shoulder blades) that sheds in the shower.I have tried so many products. Some leave you standing in water with hair wrapping around your feet and toes and you get to try to fish it all up before you release the water. Some catch two or three strands and expect you to be so pleased.Top 2 pictures are a couple types I tried that were a complete waste of money and Left me spending hours tweezering hair from the drain.Bottom picture is this product. I have had 10ish showers with this in place. Water drains while I shower! Hair is caught on top and in the little basket. When I check the drain afterwards there is rarely a hair caught in the cross bars. It is easy to take a tissue and remove hair from the catcher to toss in the trash.It looks huge and I didn’t have high hopes when I opened the package but looks were deceiving. This hair catcher does the job and does it well.

Got tired of deciding which to buy, and sick n tired of sorta works, with a shrug, I bought this oversized version. Wow! first, it looks attractive in my soapstone and my stainless steel sinks. It has no suction cups, it stays put period. At first thought it had not caught any hair, my silver grey hair blended but fine hair was full across the catcher and when I picked up to clean, hair draped down, so much had been captured. This is super easy to clean, and both sides work, be sure to punch the middle rubber in, I prefer the smoother-edged side up. Plus read the add-in benefits. I hug the designers! I have two.
