The new SEALED box I received was still missing all of the ear pieces, but included different sizes than the other set had. So between two sets of these, I almost have all of the different ear foam size thingies.As for performance, after charging the case, without the earbuds installed - and then inseting the earbuds and letting them charge till the red lights went out, they took a full charge. No issue with paring to phone, although that is not my primary use, because honestly, these have terrible musical reproduction, but that isn't why I bought them. Took them out to the range, cycled thru all three modes, which worked fine. The mute mode on this second set worked very well in blocking external sound almost completely. The 25dB cutoff seemed to work fine in both "indoor" and "outdoor" modes, my ears didn't ring, and I had no issues with the ear pro dying while using it for about an hour straight.The next day I used these ear pro while using a chain saw for about 2 hours and they worked fine. I had them paired to the phone with pandora streaming bluetooth the whole time and had no issues with battery life. You will NOT hear your music while loud noises are around, due to the cutoff function, but the in between times were musically filled.After the great support I received, I am upgrading my rating to 4 stars, because I believe in all fairness, for the price, these are hard to beat, and the customer support proved that the company does in in fact care about the quality of their product, which is a lot more than can be said about most of the stuff you buy these days.Edit after a month:The seller responded to my less than perfect review, I explained my issues. They wanted pictures of the box and all of that jazz, but by that time, I'd thrown away all the packaging. I did order another set for my girlfriend and hers came with all the extra ear pieces. Mine was likely a return sold as new.After charging mine for a week, I went to the range, and my buds wouldn't turn on at all. This was with a quality cable, and a known good wall power supply. So apparently the buds don't charge while the case is charging? Anyway, these are basically junk. Sadly. The good news is that when you stuff the foam tips in your ears they provide SOME protection (similar to the old squishy foamys we used in the military).I'm going to break down and buy the good ones, my wallet will be sad, but my ears will be happy.{Original review}These seem pretty decent for the price. I wanted IEMs for shooting the rifles, because over the ears get in the way. These did a good job of muffling the sound while also amplifying normal ambient sound. I could hear the raindrops hitting the ground, and gunshots from a very loud boomstick resulted in a very comfortable bang.I only got one set of foam plugs - I thought it came with three. I got a couple extra rubber covers (hard to explain what they are) and one set of those cheesy snowman looking plugs made of plastic. Fortuantely, the foam tips I got fit ok.I was able to pair them to my phone pretty effortlessly. When I was shooting, i kept getting odd tones in my ears, but not both ears simultaneously. I think those were alerts from my phone, and I found it to be annoying. I was going to unpair form my phone to test them, but the left IEM shut down (low battery?) before I got the chance.I didn't charge these before use. The meter on the charging/storage case had 4 bars, which I thought was full charge, but once i finally plugged the case in, that equated to about 40 percent. Still, 40 percent should last longer than 20 minutes. I'll try them again once fully charged.For the price of other "well known" brands, you could get about 5 of these inner ear pro kits. I am stingy with my money and figured I could try these entry level devices. I guess I got what I paid for.If these came with all the doo-dads it was supposed to, I would have increased my rating. At this price point, I guess I'll give them another try before deciding if they go in the range bag, or get returned.

There earplugs are great! They’re way cheaper than others,but still have all the same features.I wear ‘em for gun training and hunting,and they fit perfectly in my ears.Plus,they have three different modes that work great.Highly recommended!

The active noise cancellation was good, while it lasted. I use headphones for work, both when I need noise cancellation & only one when I need to be more aware of my surroundings while still enjoying an audio book or music. One of the earbuds stopped working within 2 weeks. Very disappointing for the price.
