Bought these for my 06 Lotus Exige. Amazon said they fit...they do not. Not compatible with my car.

Very high quality parts. The best made factory replacement part I've bought.

Best brakes money can buy. If you need more performance, go for the red or yellow stuff pads from EBC.

If you visit the EBC Brakes website you will find a catalog to cross-reference their part numbers with a specific vehicle application. This particular part number works in my application (1998-2005 Volkswagen Passat 1.8t and V6) for the rear brakes. These pads are meant to be the softest of their performance lineup. This allows for the pads to be used on the street without any adverse consequences (like poor cold performance) associated with harder brake pads.Keep in mind these are PERFORMANCE brake pads. They do make noise and will dust quite a bit compared to some ceramic brake pads. The initial break-in material will cause lots of noise and heat (at least it did for me with ATE rotors). After about 500 miles the noise mostly went away. Every now and then the brakes will make a faint squeal at low speeds (or added pedal pressure). Performing a high speed bed-in does not make it go away. I end up needing to wash my wheels every 800-1000 miles (1-2 weeks) because of the dust they produce. It's a minor inconvenience for the performance that you get out of the pad.Onto the performance... this pad is phenomenal for the street. They have very good initial bite (even when cold) and get even better as you warm them up. For comparison I have used both Hawk HPS+ and standard Autopart Intl brake pads in the past on this vehicle. Time will tell how well they hold up.
