These bags are sturdy and do the job well, no leaks or rips and seal well. The only issue for me is the size, they are much bigger than I have anticipated. I could fit a about 3 chickens with plenty of space to spare. I know they supposed to be for turkeys but still big, anyway, not the company’s fault. Next time I will go for smaller ones.

Heute sind zwei von den drei Beuteln im Einsatz und beherbergen jeweils einen 5 Kg Truthahn. Bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis morgen. Habe bisher noch keine Erfahrung mit Brining.

Ces sacs semblent beaux et solides lorsque vous les sortez de la boîte pour la première fois. Malheureusement, c'est un faux sentiment de sécurité. J'ai placé une dinde dans les sacs et j'ai ajouté ma saumure. Bientôt, j'ai trouvé de la saumure qui coulait du comptoir de la cuisine sur le sol. Au moment où je me suis précipité pour obtenir un sac supplémentaire pour tout transférer, j'ai perdu environ la moitié de ma saumure. J'ai essayé d'ajouter de la saumure au sac, mais comme le liquide est sorti mais pas tous les ingrédients plus solides ou encore non dissous, mes mesures étaient très imprécises. Je pense que vous devriez absolument remplir votre sac d'eau d'abord et les tester avant de les utiliser. Ici, mon sac semblait correct pendant quelques minutes, puis une couture a éclaté, alors remplissez-le vraiment et secouez-le (ne vous contentez pas de le rincer).

I pulled bag 1 of 3 in the pack and placed the brine ingredients. As soon as I placed the Turkey in, a whole happed. Brine everywhere. I grabbed the second bag and transferred the turkey. Added the brine and another whole happened. I ended up placing the 2nd bag into the third bag. So disappointed.

What more is there to say? A bit pricey maybe, but they are big and sturdy and 100% do the job

Ohne die Beutel hätten wir das Riesenvieh con 9 kg plus 11 l Marinade nie in den Kühlschrank bekommen.Stabile Beutel mit absolut unbrauchbaren viel zu schwachen Klammern. Es stand aber Gott sei Dank genug Plastik über, so dass wenn an die Kühlschrank-Wand gelehnt und gezippt es im Backblech von selbst zusammenhielt.Da sonst kein Beutel solche Strapazen aushält und man für einen Eimer einen eigenen Kühlschrank gebraucht hätte, absolute Kaufempfehlung für jeden, der einen saftigen aromatischen Truthan/Pute mag.
