Habe mit den Formen drei Biscuit Kuchen gebacken, für eine hohe Motivtorte. Der Teig ist perfekt aufgegangen und ließ sich anschließend super leicht aus den Formen lösen, ohne einzureißen. Durch die herausnehmbaren Böden wurde das lösen und das anschließende reinigen der Formen zusätzlich erleichtert. Werde mir noch die größeren Größen holen, da die Kuchen in den bisher von mir genutzten Springformen nicht so perfekt gelungen sind.
