They should know that some blinds does roll all the way down and its imposible to get them to roll back up. This is the reason why I am returning all my blinds. They are beautiful but they don’t work for me. Sorry

I purchased a few for different spaces in my house and absolutely love how they look! The fabric quality is great and the design just gives the space an elegant look. I also love the accents that look like crystals vs the tassles, in the daylight it gives the window and curtains a bit of shine.
