I absolutely love these pans! I had spent years (no kidding) trying to find that perfect dish to use to feed my senior pot belly boy with! Stay with me here!! He's a short and stout fella, with very short legs, so he cannot easily eat out of most pans, so. . . . I began my hunt for a strong (he's a power eater!), but yet a lower height pan for him. There have been many that have come close, but, to no avail. Then I found these beauties. I immediately assigned one to him, and it works perfectly!! Happy boy, happy pig mama! The other three? Well, they have become permanent residents of my kitchen. I have made a deep dish pizza with one, and it was a beautiful experience! I HIGHLY recommend these beauties. They are strong enough to withstand an aggressive eater pot belly, with destructive tusks, but yet do a great job of successful dishes! They clean up beautifully. I've hand washed his dish, as well as put our now assigned pizza dish in the dishwasher, and no issues whatsoever.

If you're trying to make Chicago style pizzas then these are the ones! Really deep, one pointer if you're using a home fan assisted oven; preheat the pans with the pizza pie crust base alone inside the pan first or preheat the pans and figures out how to transfer the pizza or dough in after without burning yourself, I find the base of the pizza is always slightly under cooked and soft if I don't do the pizza pie crust first!Like it's cooked enough that you aren't eating raw dough but it's not as firm as you would want a pizza base to be, it's fluffy and spongy, way more than a pizza hut base (which I enjoy) even when I add olive oil to the pan.Other than that, these are truly perfect, just have to figure out what works for you as they are really sturdy, thick stainless steel so take much longer to heat up.These are probably great for an open fire or barbeques, stone ovens etc. I love these pans so much, great value and have become a real kitchen staple! I also made cinnamon rolls in them.Easy to clean, easy to use, many functions, look great, great weight. Brilliant.

Ohne Pizzaofen ist es schwierig eine gute Pizza zu backen, in den Förmchen gelang sie bisher aber immer gut. Am Besten find ich, dass sie leicht zu reinigen sind
