Anders als herkömmliches PE-Schaumklebeband ist das Emitever Schwerlastband ein schwarzes, doppelseitiges Klebeband mit einem Acrylschaumkern. Es bietet hervorragende Scherfestigkeit, Anpassungsfähigkeit, Haftung und Temperaturbeständigkeit. Es kann mechanische Befestigungen oder flüssige Klebstoffe im Allgemeinen ersetzen und das Bohren, Schleifen, Nachbearbeiten, Schrauben, Schweißen und Reinigen eliminieren. Eine einfache und ansprechende Gestaltung verbessert erheblich die Arbeitsleistung.

Flexibilität & Dehnbarkeit
Die viskoelastischen Eigenschaften des Acrylklebers und eine Dehnung von mehr als 30 % verleihen dem Klebeband eine starke Zähigkeit und Elastizität. Es kann nach Bedarf frei geschnitten und gedreht werden, ohne zu brechen.

Versiegelung & Wasserdichtigkeit
Die viskoelastischen Eigenschaften und die geschlossenzellige Schaumstruktur des Klebebands schaffen eine dauerhafte Abdichtung gegen Wasser, Feuchtigkeit und Umwelteinflüsse, indem sie bessere Spaltfüllfähigkeiten bieten. Sie können es in Badezimmern, Küchen und anderen feuchten Umgebungen verwenden.

Temperaturbeständigkeit
Dieses doppelseitige Klebeband ist temperaturstabil und behält seine gute Haftfähigkeit bei Temperaturen von bis zu 150°F Hitze und bis zu -40°F Kälte. Es zeigt eine hervorragende Temperaturbeständigkeit bis zu 450°F für bis zu 4 Stunden. Geeignet für den Außeneinsatz. Zum Beispiel wird es nicht abfallen, wenn es das ganze Jahr über an einem Autofenster angebracht ist

Das Klebeband bietet starke Haftung, und die Klebkraft nimmt im Laufe der Zeit allmählich zu und erreicht nach 72 Stunden ihr Maximum.
Wenn das Klebeband auf Tapeten, Stoffen, strukturierten Wänden, Ziegeln und anderen rauen und porösen Oberflächen verwendet wird, wird seine Klebkraft ebenfalls stark reduziert.

This roll of pressure activated adhesive tape arrives very nicely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. The roll arrives packaged into an airtight pouch, which is great as these acrylic based tapes tend to stink, which is also true for this one. Each side of the roll is covered with a protective non-stick paper that will keep the sides of the roll from sticking to the pouch or other surfaces and it keeps dirt and debris from sticking to the roll.Inside the package alongside the tape you get a set of multi-language instructions which do a very good job of explaining the proper preparation and application of the tape. Which is very helpful as people often mess it up and end up blaming the product when they didn’t apply it correctly. The main trick is that it needs a very clean surface and a fair bit of pressure to activate properly and if the application permits you should be leaving the tape without weight on it to give it time to spread out and cure. This is the only thing that the instructions fail to mention, for example the 3M branded stuff only reaches half strength after 20–30 minutes in room temperature applications and it can take one to three days to get the full bond strength.Visually this looks, feels, smells and acts very much like the 3M branded VHB tape, just without the branding and markings on the cardboard centre and the protective backing. I have some genuine 3M VHB leftover from a 3D printing project so I cut off a piece from both rolls to put them in a head to head with a couple pieces of wood and honestly they’re very close in performance given the same prep, application and cure times. It’s not exactly as strong, but it’s close enough that I’d have no issues reaching for this instead of my older genuine roll. After the test I used a few strips of this tape to attach my angled doorbell mount to my PVC door and it’s been doing a flawless job out in the elements too.The current price of £14.99 with a further 10% off voucher is pretty good value for money given how well this performs. When you do the maths, this stuff from Emitever is well under half the cost of the genuine stuff, so unless you’re specifically after the 3M branded stuff for a particularly demanding job, this is well worth considering.

Perfetto lo avevo già acquistato in precedenza e lho trovato davvero un ottimo prodotto lo utilizzo per attaccare le bindelle sulle canne dei fucili da tiro a voloE mi da un ottima tenuta e nn rovina le canne del fucile. La tenuta è veramente grande sono molto soddisfatta del prodotto
