The jig is fairly well made but you can't swap the 5mm and 6mm drill guides around like you can in other jigs. Because of this if your wood is narrow it puts both holes close together in the middle, to get round this I had to drill the jig to move the guide pins nearer. Apart from this it gets the job done but if I need it again I would probably pay a bit extra and get the Kreg jig.

Came in handy for some jobs on my kitchen cabinets and some wooden trinket boxes. The material feels very sturdy and feels like it will stand the test of time. For an enthusiastic but slightly-better-than-amateur DIYer like myself this little tool proved very useful. The only reason I'm not awarding four stars (or more) is the price — which at £22, for me, is a bit high. In my view, £15 or less would be much more realistic.

The 'ENGYNC Shelf Pin Jig for 6mm & 5mm, Aluminium Alloy' arrived in a plastic storage case that also contained instructions and two dual end pins.I am probably not the only one that has trouble getting holes like this aligned. It's not so bad when building from scratch but when upgrading with extra holes a jig is definitely needed.I put the jig to the test by drilling a series of holes in some laminate coated board. As can be seen from my pictures, the holes are quite straight.I am impressed at how easy this jig made what should be a simple task.
