To my American's who are wanting to buy Goot Wick and know it's not fake Chinese trash, I'm looking at the spool right now and everything looks great.. However Amazon Japan uses a company called "ECMS Global" for shipping, and it's horrid. This company has had multiple complaints in every aspect of what they do. What you can expect with "ECMS" No updates on package, Delivery window is more of a suggestion (Mine showed up a week late without any information or updates it just kind of showed up) So, GOOT is not at at fault here they still "To Me" the best wick money can buy, but Amazon using a shipping company who's known to have this many issues is sketchy at a best. DO NOT but this if you are almost out of wick, buy it before you need it or you'll be like me and not have any wick for 2 weeks..And do I believe this is legit "GOOT Wick"? Yes, I certainly do.. which is a lot to say when 9 out of 10 spools I see are fakes, so be careful.. (For NO reason should GOOT ever ship from CHINA, for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER!!) And Yes, I suggest this over Chemtronics, at least GOOT responds to emails, and cares about customers no matter how big or small they are.. -Dave (Neptune Labs)
