Bestellung, Lieferung und das Produkt selbst sind super! Wir haben den Terrassenofen nun schon seit über 1 Jahr in Gebrauch und können keine Probleme daran feststellen. Können ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Beim ersten Mal hat der Ofen mächtig gequalmt, wehr von außen als durch das Rohr.Die Farbe hat etwas gelitten, dann rostet das Ding halt. Hat genug Material, steht sicher und heizt mächtig ein. Die große offene Klappe ist von Vorteil, man kann gut nachlegen.Bin vom Resultat zufrieden. Warm machen soll er!

Klasse Ofen. Rauch hält sich bei gutem Holz und anzünden von oben in Grenzen. Gibt eine schöne Wärme ab.Tolle Atmosphäre.

Based on our experience, you'd have to be foolish to purchase this item from this company.To begin, our item arrived in a box too large for it . The packagers' idea for protecting this item was to use the following: one plastic bag to hold the cap and two pieces of board thinner than Balsa to support the bottom. Nothing else was inside! No peanuts, Styrofoam, bubble wrapping, wooden chassis, etc. ZIP! This is an item weighing over 150 lbs as it is cast iron. The delivery guy apologized a half dozen times to me AND this wasn't his fault. Clear to both of us was that the item had been put into a box too big for it and then allowed to roll over a few times crushing the corners of the box as well as scratching the item all over. I was close to accepting it even then, because I'm handy enough to repaint something like this.(I have photo which I uploaded when I reviewed the packaging.)Oh how I wish this was the only fault with this particular item and the sole reason for why you should think 50 times before buying from this company. The item, which is listed as 500 dollars and one would presume of good quality, came broken, refurbished, and rusted. The cap (I have photos) was rusted. The bottom was cracked partly from the poor boxing, but mostly because it'd been refurbished. Again, I have brilliantly vivid photos of this and it's unmistakable how much patching they'd done to this item including where the largest cracks occurred. Worse, is the poor quality of the patching. No SERIOUS manufacturer would put their name to such a fix up job. Maybe the idea was to package it poorly and blame the shipping company. Just hypothesizing on that.Anyway, if you want to roll the dice, then best of luck to you. But, I'll bet the farm you end up with snake eyes. We did!AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
