The quality of this dress overall is great. The material is thick yet stretchy. But, it is so narrow. My very petite and narrow 12 year old daughter normally wears a size 8 little girls, so I ordered an 8 and a 10 in this dress. The 8 was way too tight and the 10 was borderline. I let her wear it because she needed it for a special occasion and we didn't have time to buy anything else, but the lines of her undergarments were showing through because of how tight it was. She had to wear a sweater to cover these lines. I definitely recommend ordering two sizes up
