I want to get out of underwires and hoped that a posture support bra would help my back and shoulder pain in the process. So I tried this bra in 46D.Pros: 1. COTTON! Soft!2. Back support was comfortable.3. No bouncing; no spillage. See Con #3.Cons: 1. Lining, while soft, is thin and therefore nip revealing (in almost summer in Texas).2. Band rides up and digs into body uncomfortably; even worse than underwire.3. Acts as a minimizer and flattens my boobs, pushing them to my sides. Flat in front, boob-ish on the sides is not the flattering look I’d prefer. But, Hey: No bouncing & No spillage.If I were to go up another band size, the posture support would be not be snug enough to be effective.Not the bra for me.

As soon as I put this Bra on I could feel the support in my back. I have scoliosis and fibro. My back has a very large hump on the right side and I have a lot of pain. This Bra has just the right amount of compression to ease some pain. I feel and see the support in the cup. Easy for me at 61 to do the front clips up and the straps are so appropriate. I am ordering more. Love the price , the price is perfect for my fixed income.

Nice front closure bra. Only complaint is the material of the cup is thin so my nipples stick out
