They maintain a sharp cutting edge much longer than their carbon steel equivalents, requiring less time being re-sharpened. They are fitted with full sized contoured walnut handles for user comfort and brass ferrules. Skew Chisels are a versatile tool used both in planing a smooth surface on the outside of spindles as well as cutting v-grooves and forming beads. I now have a set of faithful chisels and they are a joy to use. This one a large skew is in constant use when turning.

At £16.99 this 1" skew chisel is a snip.Made from HSS it holds its edge quite well.Very pleased with it so far .Would i buy it again , Yes.

Der Drehmeißel liegt gut in der Hand ist aber stumpf, muß unbedingt nachgeschliffen werden vor dem ersten Gebrauch! Für meine Arbeiten leider etwas zu groß!

Es buen acero con relación al precio pero desgraciadamente no está afilado correctamente por lo que antes de usarlo hay que afilarlo

Anständig geschliffener Meißel mit gutem Heft. Fürvdas Arbeiten beim Drechseln ziemlich gut geeignet. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist mit gut zu beurteilen.
