I asked for black trays and rec'd brown. 1 tray was chipped. I am accepting it as is because i needed it urgently but request that the party be aware of this incident for the future. The quality of the trays was decent except for the 1 tray

The description says it’s a case of 24 trays. We only received one tray asked for replacement, got one tray again!!! returned very dissatisfied!!!! Who in their right mind would spend that much money for one tray. I would give you zero stars if I could.

]It says a case of 12 but I only received 1....its good quality I just would of appreciated getting all 12.

The description lead me to believe that 1 = a dozen of these trays. I was very happy, as I have been searching for trays like these for my church. I ordered a qty of 5, believing it would be 5 doz. the shipping was expensive but I was willing to pay it for the amount I thought I was getting. They did not ship them until after the date they were promised to be delivered. When I did finally rec. my order, there was only 5 in it. I am so dissatisfied. I would have never ordered 5, and paid over $40 in shipping for them. I have tried to contact the company, but all they said was that they would check on it. It's been days, and no response. At this point, I would not recommend them & would prob not use them again. I would really just like my money back, including the outrageous shipping fees. I really expect more from Amazon Vendors. Have never had an issue with any of the others.
