Many of the exercises that they example in the card provided are unable to be done if you're a person 5'5" as that is the height of my wife and she is unable to do 70% of the exercises on the card as there is no way to adjust the length of the item only the weight setting. Which on that note if you look into the tubing for the steel you can see that it's rusted... meaning where ever they're storing this product its humid and not well kept or the product is only treated on the outside to look good. These are the reasons why the item is a three star item to me.For me as I am 5'9" it's just about right for my arm and shoulder length, it's not too long and not too short. The exercises I can tell are great resistance training and can lead to some results but nothing major. This is a great item for at home gyms or in-between times from the gym. Again though make sure you're not too short as there is NO ability to adjust the length for people who might be smaller.

The quality of the bar is good, thick enough to support up to 100 lbs and has two positions .The fursth one in claims to be 100 lbs but I doubt I'm that strong and I can bend it all the way in arms fully extended . I would estimate it's 60 lbs at first but as the spring warms up and wears down the thing feels more like 50 lbs at most. I never work out but do physical labor time to time I have very thin skinny arms and this is usable . It's easy to set up and use but you do need some arm strength , biceps or triceps to get it started .

This product kept showing up on my TikTok feed, so I finally got it through Amazon. Watching those tutorial videos really helped because the device works differently than expected. The weight is not adjustable in a traditional sense since it relies on spring tension. You can increase resistance by shortening the pipe length and decrease it by lengthening the pipe, which is shown in the fifth product image. A little advice, use some sort of tool to press the buttons in, because it’s somewhat painful, and takes a few minutes. What I did was work on one side, push/pull the bar, and then do the same for the other side. But both buttons might need to be pushed, I’m somewhat forgetting the steps I took. It’s not too bad though, just takes some time and patience. I get a solid chest pump from this, but I find it uncomfortable for bicep exercises. I also tried targeting triceps but felt no activation, so I believe this device is not good for that. It is still great when I want a quick workout at home without the proper equipment.

This arm trainer feels pretty good, although its super tough to get it start and is a bit awkward. I can probably chock that up to just being new to it. so I will give it a bit more time.The build quality is overall good, but for someone reason, I feel like the spring is going to snap. Now that it would, however, it does live in the back of my mind when using this.Its functions are pretty good and it's 'easy' to use but still provides a difficult workout.I want to give it five stars, but I think it not being newbie friendly loses a star.However, I will say, it is worth the money and its a valuable asset to have when building muscle.

This Twister Arm Trainer, 60-100 Lb Adjustable Chest Training Device/Arm and Hand Muscle Trainer is a heavy-duty workout machine. This thing is solid and has plenty of resistance. I can say without a doubt that this trainer will build muscle as soon as you start using it. It will take some getting used to because the resistance is pretty high.
