Nice ab machine, easy to assemble, easy to move around. Good value for money. Would purchase again if I needed a second machine :).

Perfect bench for someone who needs to get their sit-ups in. For years I've done sit-ups with no support for my legs and it just feels like its bad for the back. Small investment for plenty of years of proper sit-up technique.

Appoggio morbido per schiena e sedere ,buona stabilità e robustezza ,per me che peso meno di 60 kg e 1,74 altezza va benissimo,accessorio che permette crunch inversi è utilssimo.

Base solid if you only want to lay on the curve but with the cheap bolts and screws the attachments that allow you to place your feet and do situps are wobbly in two areas. Screw stripped in one part almost immediately after about 6 turns and the other part is firm until you do crunches then becomes super loose. Again the base is solid but the rest isn’t worth the much higher cost. I paid extra thinking quality but now i have to buy higher quality screws and bolts or go through the hassle of returning it. Be prepared for one or the other or just dealing with attachment wobbles and loosening. Worth half the price maybe.

Reading some of the reviews before placing my order, I got a little worried specially about some people complaining that their product was taking way too long to arrive. Surprisingly, my unit was delivered even with a couple of days in advance (I live in Alberta, Canada). It's a quality product and came with no issues whatsoever. It was easy to assemble with the tool that came with it. It's lightweight and really sturdy. However I still believe the price could be lower than what I paid for. I recommend this product and seller.
