It seems that this tool was designed by a real mechanic, it is not only a "concept tool". The Lockable Valve make is the brilliant idea. The hose from the other "things" with a check valve will slip from the bleeder screw and it will make a mess! If you already bought one of the "other things", you must test the check valve when you receive it by blowing on one side and another - many are garbage and you will realize after the Amazon window for return will be closed. This is the way how some sellers hope to make money on Amazon...

I used this to bleed my motorcycle front and rear brakes. It worked very well. The only problem was that for a motorcycle it was a little to big. If you don't have a straight alignment with the zerk fitting you might get a little brake fluid spillage. On my front brake I wasn't aligned in an exact straight connection to the zerk and that happened to me. Other than that it worked very well.
