I don’t leave reviews very often, but I broke this out of the box and added a 5 pound or 2 1/2 pound weight between the screw and the base of my squat rack in my garage gym and it locked in nicely and then I added a 45 pound barbell and started working and it has been a game changer as far as just a variety of lifts and movements and core strengthening and everything so I’m very excited and happy to have this small piece of equipment that has a big impact.

Had for a while now and have had no issues with them. Good little attachment bundle to target different muscles or parts of muscles.
