Guys, don’t waste your money or your time on this junk!The product leaks everywhere—the tubes are made from the cheapest materials possible. They start leaking from the top almost immediately, making a total mess. It’s completely unusable and a total rip-off. I can’t believe they’re even selling this. Save yourself the frustration and buy something better!

I can only give this product 3 Stars because of the applicator. The applicator comes with a 2mm SSteel applicator needle. At first sight it looks good but when I came to using it, it did not last the first tile. I ended up using a second applicator nozzle to finish the job (and that one failed as well). You have to drill a 2mm hole for the needle to be inserted to inject the product. On filling the void a back pressure is produced causing the needle to expand slightly and the needle is locked into the tile. When you remove the applicator the needle is pulled out. Once you manage to remove the needle it is difficult to re-insert it into the applicator. That needle needle needs to be made longer and more securely bonded to the applicator nozzle. Solution, drill a 3mm hole.

Very very runny, will happily get out without a caulk gun! However when in the holes it is significantly harder to push. We have quite a large void under our kitchen tiles and it ate 1.5 of 2 tubes. The other 0.5 was spillage! I'm guessing it will self level so I will need to go back with the third tube. When you drill depending on the number of holes, be prepared to lose a couple of drill bits. Also the product relies on being able to flow between the holes. You want the holes ideally at the highest points so air can exit as the void fills. I had holes either side of the void but I had mixed luck depending on if I hit proper grout or the void when injecting.

Très déçu de ce produit. Les trois cartouches ont fuit au niveau du raccord dès qu'on applique un peu de pression, rendant l'application quasi impossible.

Having bought other similar products, I thought I’d try this and hope these didn’t leak like others. None of the tubes I purchased leaked, which made the job, easier, less messy and much quicker. I think manufacturers of these type of products need to spend more time on the plunger seal. The idea and sealer are good.The only minor problem I had with this product was the screw thread for the nozzle, didn’t quite sit right. Other than that, good to use.

Achtung,die weiße Suppe läuft vorne und hinten aus der Kartusche und versaut den kompletten Fußboden. Eine echte Sauerei. ABER: Das Parkett gibt nun nicht mehr nach. Ergo: funktioniert.
