Got this for a Christmas present to use on airline flights. Didn't have a chance to fly until today and the device will not pair with my headphones. Can't find support anywhere, and the return window closed 6 days ago. Any chance of getting support? Do not buy this until more information for support is available.

We ordered 3 items and only 1 worked. Unfortunately we missed the return date as they were gifted for Christmas and were not used until a flight home from Europe after the return date.

It’s so difficult to find speakers that take an auxiliary cable these days. Everything is Bluetooth. Enter this “Airplane Bluetooth Transmitter”. I can use it to connect my old iPod classic to our Bluetooth speakers.It came with a special adapter that is supposed to be for use on airlines so you don’t have to purchase their special headphones. However, I don’t fly very often, so it will be awhile before I can test that part out.It also came with a charging cable (USB-C) and a nice little bag to carry it in. The bag zips closed. No drawstring.This transmitter is “plug and play”. Turn it on, and plug it into the headphone jack of your device. I think this would even work if you plugged it into the headphone jack on your tv. This makes it easy to watch without disturbing anyone else in the house.The sound quality is good. It gives out the quality the player puts out. So the sound is going to be different depending on the unit you connect it to. My husband’s new mp3 player puts out better quality sound than my really old iPod. It will also depend on the headset or speakers you connect to. The better the headset or speaker, the better it will sound. After all, this is only a transmitter.Being only a transmitter was what I wanted. This is great if you are listening to music or watching movies. It isn’t designed for phone calls. You would need a receiver as well. So be sure you know what you intend to use this for.This will connect to 2 different headsets at the same time. So if you’re traveling with someone, you can share the movie or music. Really cool.I find this to be a handy little device. It didn’t cost much. Less than $20. Considering the versatility of what you can use this for, I’d recommend it.

I got this item primarily to use with my noise reducing headphones when flying. The item was easy to pair and works well.

I was a little skeptical going into this purchase due to the price so my expectations were low!Upon arrival, which arrived a couple days later (USPS, they're not the greatest), this thing is pretty small and nice looking device!It came with the device itself, a short (stubby) 3.5mm to 3.5mm jack, a short 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable, and a USB to type C cable to charge device. It was easy to pair to my old Note9 phone (I used short stubby adapter to connect to my radio). The lights on it is intuitive to let you know the status of device.The device has several controls on board for volume control, voice answering phone calls etc (haven't tested that yet). I left my volume set to max on device along with my phone set to max volume and just controlled master volume through the radio. I must say, I was using a good quality 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable before that was becoming annoying, but this device for some reason has improved the sound quality of the music! I noticed that I didn't have to increase the master radio volume as much as before and the sound quality was much crisper, bass was puncher (even with one of my speaker being slightly blown)! This device must be processing the sound better or something before entering the radio, I don't know! Yes you have to connect to it each time you turn it on (not automatic) but it's a miner gripe for me and will give it a pass due to the value and impressive sound I'm getting from this thing not to mention no more long cable hanging around again! It was said by some that when in use and plugged in for charging in cigarette lighter (which is great that you can do) can make/ have that awful buzzing sound (interference) coming from it (my older cable did it/ unusable when I plugged and charged my phone), the sound was extremely minimal was there but for me it was minimal! Now I haven't tried charging my phone when operating this device to see if there's any interference yet! I still have to test other features but so far I would definitely buy another one if need be so far, great value at $12.50 (less than 1.5 dozen of extra large eggs these days🤣)! If anything occurs or something I will add to post or adjust my thoughts in the future!

Das Positive vorweg:+ Bluetooth-Verbindung stabil, aber auch nicht die neuesten Protokolle (wem das wichtig ist)+ Tonqualität gut (bin aber kein Audio-Experte): Ich vernehme kein Rauschen, Knistern, etc. Im recht lauten Auto vollkommen ausreichend.+ Kabel und Adapter sind dabeiZum Negativen: Diese Punkte beziehen sich aber mehr auf alle ähnlichen Produkte als nur auf dieses.Ich würde es nicht nochmal (insbesondere fürs Auto) kaufen oder empfehlen.- Bedienung: 3 Taster: Lauter/Leiser und 1x Multifunktionsbutton. Und mit diesem gehen alle negativen Punkte einher:Zum Einschalten muss dieser ca. 3sek gedrückt werden bis ein (recht leises) Signal aus den Autolautsprechern ertönt oder er kurz blau blinkt.Etwas zu lang und schon ist man im Pairing-Modus. Während der Fahrt dieses Teil einzuschalten benötigt zuviel Aufmerksamkeit --> ein richtiger Ein-Aus-Schalter (z.B. Schiebeschalter) den man völlig blind bedienen kann wäre deutlich besser.Erste wünschenswerte Alternative: automatisches Ein/Ausschalten mit dem Ladestrom.Natürlich könnte man ihn immer anlassen - hat ja einen Akku - aber wenn das verbundene Gerät (Handy) ausser Reichweite ist, geht der Adapter automatisch in Pairing-Modus.Zweite: Ein Adapter ohne Akku, welches nur eingeschalten ist, wenn auch über USB Strom kommt. Damit würde es automatisch mit Zündung/Radio einschalten.

Lo utilizzo ormai da un mese e devo dire che il prodotto continua a funzionare correttamente, si connette tranquillamente al bluetooth del cellulare e la qualità audio è buona.La batteria dura molto, lo uso circa un ora al giorno e mi è durata 3 settimane.Lo utilizzo su una panda 2004 quindi l'impianto acustico non è dei migliori ma a parità di qualità prezzo mi pare ottimo

Schnelle Lieferung, problemlose Inbetriebnahme, schneller Verbindungsaufbau zum Handy und gute Funktion im Auto. Ich habe das Teil mit einem Klettklebepunkt fixiert, nichts fliegt herum. So habe ich mir das vorgestellt.
