Hi, the spare part for my Flymo lawn mover came early and was easy to install (See YouTube) and the price was 1/3 lower than where I live. - So it was a good deal !

The belt is genuine - Maddocks 32-FY-204 described as fitting Flymo Turbolite 350 & 400. Part no: HOP5137872-00.My Flymo does not have 'Lite' marked on the machine - just Turbo 400. This creates confussion; there appears to be belts sold for 'Turbo' 400 & Turbo' Lite 400. I wrote to Flymo, and they appear ignorant as to whether the two descriptions of the mower are one of the same. Readers will be aware that price differs greatly. My conclussion is Turbo or Lite 400 are the same. I am not too happy with the design of the belt drive; the belt is ok and when it strips it is in one continuous length, I was fortunate enough to be able to read the part number that I have submitted.The belt pulley wheel attached to the electric motor has machined grooves, which the belt locates with. They appear to be quite sharp and in my opinion would not lengthen the life of any belt. Some readers have asked what tension to apply - I have marked the screws and the adjacent grooves (tippex or felt pen) and have fitted the new belt as was.On my model I had security screws fitted, presumably so that the owner would have to go to a dealer and pay to have it fitted. Luckily I had a set of different security bits. I needed to use a 'T25' with or without centre hole.It would always be helpful if reviewers would give as much tech' info' as possible, very few do. The belt size of the original/genuine belt is 12mm X 42 cms I hope this info' helps, and will allow you to buy the belt at a much cheaper price than some are charging. I though this seller was very reasonable and can recommend.
