Overall the quality is as you would expect. I bit pricey for a knife of this quality though. The images say spring assisted, and I do not believe this is the case. I do not see any springs in it at all and it does not fling open without force.

I'm very happy with the quality of this pocket knife. It is comfortable to carry by clasping it to the edge of a pocket and is nice and sharp straight out of the box (my main use for pocket knives is just to open boxes and sharpen pencils by hand, so this is what I set my standards to). It looks quite nice and the mechanism to pull the blade out and put back in works great without requiring too much effort but without the fear of it activating itself.

One-handed opening works well. Blade locks in place securely; I have no fear of it closing on my hand. The unlocking must be deliberate but is easy. It's sharp. Feels solid in my hand. The clip is adequately sized; no fitting to span the pocket of my jeans. There is nothing I don't like about this knife.

It is perfect to clip in my front pocket and always be there. It is super sharp, and the blade locks, so it's easy to use, too. It seems to be well constructed because it has a good weight and feel. I love my new knife.

This seems to be a well-made knife. The blade fits solidly in the handle and does not wiggle when you place it under stress. The finish looks very nice and the blade is properly lubricated from the factory. The locking mechanism works well. A strong lock is necessary for safety. The clip is stiff and does a good job of staying in place when clipped to a pants pocket. The blade is reasonably sharp, but does not have the same level of sharpness that I would expect from a knife at this price level. If you are looking for a lightweight knife that does not take up much room, then this would be a good candidate if the price were a bit better.The "spring-assisted" claim seems to be a bit of a stretch. To engage in a one-handed operation, you need to flick your wrist a bit to get the blade to open far enough to go the locking position.At the current price of $37.99, it just seems too expensive for what you are getting. This is the primary reason I did not give it a higher rating. From a quality standpoint, the knife seems just fine.
