Unfortunately the ceramic bowl was completely shattered making this whole thing useless at the moment since I don’t have any bowls that fit the stand. I appreciate the fact that the stand comes already assembled but the item is unusable as is.

I have a large German shepherd, and elevating his food and water dishes off the ground is essential. The current ones I was using are slightly smaller than I would prefer, so I decided to give this one a try. I originally planned on using the stand with the food and water dishes I already have, but the included ceramic bowl is a nice touch. Unfortunately, the top ring of the stand that holds the bowl is larger than most other stands, so the bowls I have currently do not fit. This was not a significant issue considering it comes with what appears to be a nice heavy-duty ceramic bowl, but similar to what other reviewers have experienced, mine arrived broken in two pieces. The bowl getting broken during shipment is most likely due to how it is packaged and the lack of included padding. At the time of writing this review, I have not tried to return it or get a replacement. Needless to say, I am disappointed, to say the least.

Der stylische Hunde Futterspender von BestVida ist derzeit für 35,95€ (Stand 03/25) erhältlich. Mit einer Höhe von 30cm ist dieser ideal für größere Hunde. Der handgefertigte und aus Schmiedeeisen hergestellte Ständer besitzt einen guten Halt. Anbei Noppen, damit der Boden nicht verkratzt. Der weiße Napf wird ganz einfach auf den Ständer gegeben, wo er festsitzt. Der Napf misst im Durchschnitt von knapp 25cm und ist 10cm tief. Niedlich auch der in der Mitte befindliche Knochen. TOP

leider kam bei mir das Schälchen gebrochen an.Eine Ersatzlieferung ist wohl nicht möglich, also sende ich das Teil zurück. SCHADE

First off, the dog dish itself is fine. It's a heavy ceramic dog dish, pretty standard fare. The stand is adequately tall for our Saint. It has rubber slip-on feet to keep it from scooting. The height is not adjustable but doesn't purport to be, so....My issues with this are:1. Price is unjustified. It's pricey for what it is.2. Packaging is awful. The first dish we ordered was shattered into pieces when it arrived. The second one, the box was beat up but the dish did manage to survive. There's no protective packaging around the ceramic dish other than one layer of corrugated cardboard taped around it. Nothing around the stand, and the stand rests directly on the dish in the box. Not a fan of having to wonder if my orders survive UPS/USPS.The product itself is fine, though overpriced. It's the lack of protective packaging that gets me.

Lovely ceramic bowl with bone image inside. Bowl is dishwasher safe and the height is ideal for a rough collie to eat at the appropriate angle. It is elegant but small enough to touch away between meals. I would order again.

I got this to use outside. I have a lot of deer where I live and I keep water outside year round so animals outside always have access to cool water in the warm/hot months and water that is not frozen or freezing in the cold/super cold months. I have been using a plastic basin. They work great in the summer because they do not get hot like metal and animals can drink the water but in the winter they tend to break with the water freezes. When I saw this I ordered the 12" because it will hold the most water . The fact that it's metal also means I can put it outside a few inches under the dirt with rocks on top to ensure it does not get knocked over, and it will not break. Since I'll have this in mostly shade in the summer the metal bowl will not get hot and in the winter, when I pour hot water on it to get the frozen out, it will not crack.So whether it's for your fur babies or outdoor animals because you, like me, care about animals, this dish seems a great product and worth the cost for durability, size (it comes in 3 different sizes), and make. RECOMMEND!!

Ich suchte einen erhöhten Trinknapf für die Terrasse für unsere Hunde und fand diesen optisch sehr ansprechend.Leider kam der Keramiknapf in 1000 Scherben an, was total schade ist.Ich hatte glücklicherwiese noch einen alten Napf, der genau reinpasst, sodass ich zumindest den Ständer nutzen kann.Der Napfständer ist bereits montiert bei Ankunft und sieht schön aus und ist stabil. Das Metall ist beschichtet, von daher hoffe ich, dass ich den Napf draussen, wenn auch überdacht, einsetzen kann.Mit intakter Schüssel hätte ich hier 4-5 Sterne geben können, so leider nur 3 Sterne für den Napfständer.
