After finally installing this towel bar, long after purchase, it quickly got rust spots. This is very disappointing after all the drywall repairs and painting needed to finally get this one on the wall.

Once you figure out where the supports go it is a pretty easy install.

We bought this on Jan 7, 2021, for a house we're working on in Spencer, mountain country. Because of snow, weather conditions, & covid, we are just now able to work on it. We found out yesterday that this 30" towel bar is too long. We would like to exchange it for a 24" one. Looks like the return window has expired. Any chance we can exchange it for a 24" one?

I put this, along with the toilet paper holder and hand towel holder in my parent's bathroom. Overall, it looks really nice and is sturdy. It looks like a quality product. My one complaint is the difficulty it tightening the small screw that secures the bar to the plate that is screwed into the wall. It is really hard to screw it in and for the toilet holder, it still doesn't completely stay secure. But the towel holders, once totally screwed in, were secure. I have installed other towel bars and toilet paper holders that have an easier screw to tighten.
