Antes de nada, comentar que esta opinión se basa en mi experiencia personal con dicho producto y mis necesidades, lo cual no quiere decir que a otras personas les pueda resultar satisfactorio o no.buena calidad, bien pensado y construido para los diferentes acoplamientos, puedes cambiar incluso la pantalla, tomas frontales de hdi, incluso tiene la placa SSD y tornillos necesarios para sus montajes, pantalla OLED, en fin un producto bien pensado y diseñado, completo y con acabados de calidad, muy recomendable

Projet en cours : monter une IA LLM sur Raspberry. Et Amazon me propose ce rack ? Parfait ! 😃L'idée est de les faire tourner sur Ollama avec AI HAT+. Ce rack me permet d’aligner trois Raspberry pour les tests et un pour ma domotique.Tout regrouper, c’est beaucoup plus propre et bien pensé. Je vais construire un petit meuble pour accueillir cette baie. Les plateaux amovibles, c’est génial ! J’avais commencé à imprimer en 3D quelque chose de similaire, mais je me rends compte que celui-là est incomparablement mieux. 😊Peu de critiques à faire sur ce produit. Par exemple, je ne trouve pas où acheter un traîneau supplémentaire si je veux passer à cinq Raspberry et supprimer l’écran. Il manque aussi les vis pour les NVMe, donc prévoyez-en.Sinon, c’est intuitif. Les ports HDMI montés en façade sont bien pratiques, l’extension SSD et les câbles aussi. L’écran OLED est sympa, mais je n’en aurai pas besoin. Le manuel fourni est assez complet, mais pourrait être plus clair : il y a quelques erreurs.Bref, niveau esthétique, ça fait super pro ! Côté organisation, c’est génial, et niveau praticité, je ne pouvais pas espérer mieux, surtout comparé à mon support imprimé en 3D. 😆Précision : Produit reçu gratuitement (mais imposable), mon avis reste honnête, je ne gagne rien de plus si vous achetez. J’évalue les produits au mieux de mes convictions et de mes connaissances (donc je peu faire des erreurs). 👍

Zunächst möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass mir der Artikel im Rahmen des Amazon Vine Programms kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurde. Dennoch beeinflusst das meine Rezension in keiner Weise und ich bewerte alle Produkte, die mir kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt wurden genauso ehrlich und neutral als hätte ich sie gekauft.Da ich mehrere Raspberry Pis im Einsatz habe und auch ein Serverrack zuhause stehen habe, war ich sehr gespannt darauf, das Produkt zu testen.Der allgemeine Aufbau gestaltet sich als relativ einfach. Wo es anfängt problematisch zu werden, ist bei der Verkabelung des Displays. Leider ist aus der Anleitung heraus z.B. nicht ersichtlich wie herum das Kabel an dem Display angeschlossen werden muss, sodass ich es natürlich erst einmal instinktiv falsch herum angeschlossen habe. Somit waren dann die Pole vertauscht. Glücklicherweise hat das Display davon keinen Schaden getragen.Etwas lustig empfand ich, wie die Installation von zig Paketen für das Pi in einer Anleitung bedruckt stehen. Hier wäre es sehr viel hilfreicher gewesen, htäte es die Anleitung online gegeben, sodass man sich die Befehle hätte herauskopieren könnte.Ebenfalls etwas schwierig empfinde ich die beiden Displaykabel. Der erste Pi in der Reihe lässt sich damit noch gut anschließen. Danach wird es schwierig, mir ist es nicht gelungen das Kabel zum zweiten Pi zu führen ohne alles mit Gewalt zu verbiegen. Man benötigt hier also am Besten einen 90° Adapter an dem nächsten Pi um den Displayanschluss nach oben oder nach unten zu führen. Da ich sowieso kein HDMI am zweiten Pi benötige, ist das für mich nicht so relevant aber eine Erwähnung wert.Wenn dann alles einmal verkabel ist, ist das Rack schon sehr praktisch und sieht auch viel ordentlicher aus, als alle Pis einfach so "herum liegen" zu haben.Was noch erwähnt werden sollte ist, dass der NVMe Adapter pro Pi nur an RPi5 verwendet werden kann und nicht an 4errn.Ansonsten insgesamt ein toller Rackmount.

I’ve been looking to move some of my self-hosted applications to a Raspberry Pi but didn’t want a bunch of them sitting on rack shelves. So, I was very interested in finding purpose-built rack mounts for this purpose. This kit has almost everything I need—and a few things I didn’t even know I needed.My first impressions were that the kit is very well-made and thoughtfully designed. The individual sleds for each Raspberry Pi are a great feature, and the forward-mounted HDMI ports are a helpful touch. The inclusion of SSD expansion boards and all the necessary cables to make these features work really impressed me. The OLED display is a cool addition, though I don’t see much use for it in my setup.The manual was surprisingly thorough, even including code examples for making the display work. I haven’t had the chance to build it out yet, so I’m not sure if the instructions are perfect, but from skimming through them, I can tell they’ll get you pointed in the right direction if you’re technically inclined enough to be rack-mounting Raspberry Pi boards.I would definitely recommend this kit.

What a neat concept, a Raspberry Pi 1U rackmount adapter. The unit is well constructed and I had no issues assembling the rack and installing an RP5 unit. There were a couple of issues I ran into. The manual sheet does not do a good job of explaining which way to install the display. In one image it is shown upside down. The only way to tell the correct pin outs is from the front of the board which you can't see when it is installed. I've included a reference photo showing the right installation. The board lettering should be facing up and the pinouts to the right of the board, when looking at the back of it. The ground (black) cable on the connector should be at the bottom and the blue cable at the top. I could have saved myself some time if I'd got this right originally. The only other issue I had was that all of the NVMe add on boards fail to include an SSD mounting screw. The position for a 2280 SSD has a threaded mount but no screw. The other size options (like 2232) will require you to have some kind of push pin mount. I had to wait a day or two to get an M2 screw to install an SSD. I haven't had time to test that yet. Overall a great option for multi RP setups. Another reviewer recommended looking up 52Pi for information. I agree that the video I found helped me setup my RP with the rack hardware.
